図中、１…回転軸である出力軸、８…永久磁石
、９…ケース、１３…ブリーザ手段としてのブリ
ーザ孔、１５，２１，２２及び２３…ブリーザ手
段としての逆止弁である。

Claims (1)

気を吸排すべく設けられたブリーザ手段とを備え
