(Conventional technology) Conventionally, when transporting small items such as bolts and nuts from the manufacturer to the user's factory, these items were stored in fixed quantities in boxes, loaded on hand-operated carts, and shipped. The pallets are transported to the location, stacked on pallets by hand, and then loaded onto the truck bed using a forklift. When unloading, the pallets are lowered from the truck to the ground using a forklift. The transportation method used is to manually move the boxes from the pallet to a trolley and transport them to the place of use.

However, this conventional method requires a lot of effort to manually stack heavy boxes onto pallets, and vice versa, and is not safe because heavy items are handled manually. There are many problems such as the above problem, the risk of quality defects due to impact etc. during transshipment, and the need for journal entry after unloading because the position of the shipping box changes during transshipment. It was hot.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention stacks boxes containing articles on a cart having a fork insertion portion and wheels on the bottom surface, and aligns such a cart with the fork insertion portion. A plurality of pallets are stored in cage-like pallets with fork insertion holes on both sides of the cart, and the cart pallets are loaded onto a truck loading platform by a forklift. After being transported to the destination, the pallets are unloaded by the forklift. Furthermore, a first invention relating to a method for transporting goods characterized by pulling out each trolley, and a box-shaped fork insertion portion extending perpendicularly to the axis of the base plate on the lower surface of the base plate for loading a transit box, and wheels. A trolley is equipped with a trolley, and a bottom plate is large enough to store multiple generations of such trolleys in parallel.Fences are erected on three sides of the bottom plate to prevent the boxes from falling, and on both sides of the trolley, there are fences to prevent the boxes from falling. A second aspect of the present invention relates to a carrier characterized by comprising a fork insertion portion of a truck and a truck pallet in which a fork insertion hole corresponding to the fork insertion hole of the truck is formed.

As shown in FIG. 1, in the present invention as well, articles such as bolts and nuts are stored and transported in a normal transport box 1, and a trolley 2 used for this is as shown in FIG. A pair of box-shaped fork insertion portions 4, 4 are provided on the lower surface of the base plate 3 for loading containers, and wheels 5, 6 are provided at the four corners. It is said to be equipped with the following. Of the wheels 5 and 6, the rear wheel 5 is usually a swivel wheel, and the front wheel 6 is a swivel wheel.
It is preferable to use a fixed ring with a fixed direction, and it is also preferable to provide handle insertion parts 7, 7 on the rear side of the trolley 2 for manual pushing. Furthermore, a short horizontal plate 8 is provided protruding from the front side of the truck 2.

After the boxes 1 are manually stacked up to a predetermined number of stages on the cart 2, a plurality of carts 2 are stored on a cage-shaped cart pallet 9 as shown in FIG. The cart pallet 9 has a bottom plate 10 that is large enough to store a plurality of carts 2 in parallel, and has fences 11 erected on three sides except for the front side to prevent the shipping boxes 1 from falling, and is set at a predetermined height from the bottom plate 10. The horizontal bars 12 and 13 are welded to the horizontal bars 12 and 13 on both sides.
Fork insertion holes 15, 15 that match the fork insertion portions 4, 4 of the truck 2 are transparently provided in both side walls 14, 14 formed between the truck 2 and the truck 2. Alternatively, a stopper 16 for preventing the trolley 2 from sliding forward is pivotally attached to the front side so as to be openable and closable, and a chain 17 for preventing the carrying box 1 from flying out is detachably provided at the upper part of the front surface. Furthermore, a detent 18 made of a thin steel bar is welded to protrude from the back side of the bottom plate 10.

As shown in FIG. 1, if a plurality of carts 2 loaded with shipping boxes 1 are arranged in parallel on the pallet cart 9 as described above and the front surface is sealed with a stopper 16 and a chain 17, the pallet cart 9 can be Since the fork insertion hole 15 and the fork insertion part 4 of the truck 2 are aligned, the fork 19 of a forklift or the like is inserted into these parts to lift the truck pallet 9 and the truck 2 at the same time. truck 20
Load it on the loading platform. At this time, the handle insertion parts 7, 7 protruding from the rear side of the cart 2 come into contact with the lower surface of the stopper 16 of the cart pallet 9, and the horizontal plate 8 projecting from the front side of the cart 2 hits the bottom surface of the stopper 16 of the cart pallet 9. The stability of the truck pallet 9 can be helped by contacting the lower surface of the horizontal bar 13 of the pallet 9.

In this way, the truck 20 is used to transport the vehicle to the destination, but since the truck 20 is stably stored in the cage-shaped truck pallet 9 and the front side is sealed by the stopper 16 and the chain 17, the truck 20 cannot be moved forward. It is transported safely without flying out. At the destination, contrary to the above process, the cart pallet 9 can be lowered from the loading platform of the truck 20 to the ground using a forklift, etc., the stopper 16 and chain 17 may be opened to pull out the cart 2, and the cart can be transported directly to an assembly line or the like. can.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the method for transporting goods of the first invention of the present application, which is carried out using the trolley of the second invention of the present application and the pallet of the trolley, the step of transshipping from the trolley to the pallet can be carried out. Since this is unnecessary, there is no need to transfer heavy boxes from carts to pallets or from pallets to carts as in the past, which saves labor and time and ensures work safety. You can also do that. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent quality deterioration of the articles due to shocks and the like during transshipment, the carts can be pulled out in the order in which they are stored on the cart pallet, and the stacked state of the boxes on the cart can also be changed. There is no risk that the order of the boxes will be disrupted. Therefore, there is no need to sort out the boxes after unloading, as is the case in the past, and the goods can be transported from the manufacturer to the user's factory etc. very easily and accurately. Furthermore, in the present invention, since fork insertion holes are formed in the pallet of the cart to match the fork insertion portions of the cart, when the pallet of the cart is transported by a forklift, the fork can be inserted into the fork insertion portion of the cart at the same time. By inserting the fork, the load of the truck can be directly received by the fork. Therefore, it is sufficient for the truck pallet to have enough strength to stably support the truck, and there is no need for the truck pallet to have a large strength capable of withstanding the load when the truck is loaded. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the pallet truck can be reduced,
Also, by reducing the weight, transportation costs can be reduced. Therefore, the present invention makes an extremely large contribution to the industry as a method for transporting goods that solves the problems of the prior art, and a transport device used in the method.
