Description

この発明は、平面壁凹部を備えた平面壁と、平
面壁の一端から略直交して突出する側壁とを備
え、側壁は自由端側に位置するアンダーカツト突
起と、該アンダーカツト突起より元部側に位置す
る側壁凹部とを具備する構成の成形品の成形に用
いる金型に関する。この明細書で、『凹部』は孔

ここで、スライドコア10は、可動型8に形成品
突き出し方向と直交する方向で前進・後退可能に

れているとともに、成形品突き出し方向と対向す
る可動型8のスライドコア摺動面16に外側エツ
ジ16aがR仕上げ又は面取りされている(第7
図参照)。このとき、アンダーカツト突起の成形
品突き出し方向側面4aの斜面と側壁内面とがな
す角度(鈍角)は通常110〜120°とする。また上
記可動型のエツジ16aの仕上げはR(単位:mm)
は0.5〜1.0Rとし、また面取り角度は45°前後が望

16aがR仕上げ又は面取りされているので、ア
ンダーカツト突起4は可動型8のエツジ16aを
第5図に示すように滑り、成形品Mは突き出され
て、第6図に示すように確実に離型を完了し自動

Claims (1)
端から略直交して突出する側壁とを備え、該側壁
は自由端側に位置するアンダーカツト突起と、該
アンダーカツト突起より元部側に位置する側壁凹
部とを具備する構成の成形品の成形に用いる金型
であつて、 前記平面壁凹部を付形する可動型と、前記側壁
のアンダーカツト突起の成形品突き出し方向側面
及び前記側壁凹部を付形するスライドコアとを備
え、該スライドアは前記可動型に成形品突き出し
方向と直交する方向で前進・後退可能に保持され
ている構成のアンダーカツト成形品用金型におい
て、 前記アンダーカツト突起の成形品突き出し方向
側面が前記側壁内面に対して鈍角を形成する斜面
となるように前記スライドコアのアンダーカツト
付形面が形成されるとともに、 前記スライドコアの成形品突き出し方向側面が
摺動する、可動型のスライドコア摺動面の外側エ
ツジがR仕上げ又は面取りされている ことを特徴とするアンダーカツト成形品用金型。[Scope of Claims] 1.
