に鋳造手段若しくは溶接手段により底面に一体に
形成した金属製飾体３と、該金属製飾体３を嵌合
する座グリ穴４の中央部に前記取付脚１の外径Ｄ
よりも小寸ｄの脚嵌入部５を穿設した釦本体６と
からなり、該釦本体６の座グリ穴４へ金属製飾体
３を嵌入するとともに、バネ付与隙間２による弾
性変形を利用して取付脚１を脚嵌入部５へ圧入嵌
