Abstract

PURPOSE:To notify an emergency to an emergency communication destination even in an unmanned state by informing a voice message stored in advance automatically to a predetermined destination when an emergency such as a fire breaks out. CONSTITUTION:A sensor 5 detects an emergency such as a fire and outputs a prescribed detection signal. A control section 2 receiving a detection signal discriminates the occurrence of an emergency, reads a prescribed telephone number from a dial number storage section 3 and makes dialing to a telephone set section 1 based on the number. As a result of dialing, when the reply of the destination is confirmed, a prescribed message is read from a message content storage section 4 and sent to the destination by an analog voice. Thus, an emergency is found out and noticed as attended even in the unattended state.

[Function] When the control section receives a predetermined detection signal from the Senna, it reads out a predetermined dial number from the dial number storage section and gives it to the telephone section to make an automatic call, and when it confirms that the destination has responded, it stores the message contents. A predetermined message is read from the telephone section and sent to the destination via the telephone section. As a result, when an abnormal situation such as a fire occurs, a message with predetermined contents can be automatically notified to an emergency contact point such as a fire department.

For example, if a fire breaks out, the room temperature may rise abnormally,
-The concentration of carbon oxide may become abnormal. The sensor 5 detects such an abnormal event and outputs a predetermined detection signal. Having received such a detection signal, the control unit 2 determines that an abnormal situation has occurred and reads out a predetermined telephone number, ie, rl 19J, from the dial number storage unit 3.
The telephone unit 1 is caused to make a dial call based on this number.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the unmanned reporting telephone of the present invention, when the control section receives a predetermined detection signal from the sensor, it reads out a predetermined dial number from the dial number storage section and gives it to the telephone section. When the call is made automatically and it is confirmed that the destination has responded, a predetermined message is read out from the message content storage section and sent to the destination via the telephone section.
