材を嵌着すると共に、前記係合用凹部へ着脱自在
に挿通係合させる係合用凸部を外周に備えた円柱
部を裏面へ形成した略平盤状のテープ押え部の外
周へ該係合用凸部の近傍を切欠した切欠取手部を
形成し、前記テープカツター取付部の前記中心部
材側へ平面に対して直角にカツター杆を立設し、
該カツター杆の長さ方向へ断面コ字状の溝を形成
し、該溝内へ仰角を有してカツター刃を取着した
