Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability with inexpensive construction by setting the fitting angle of bits on one periphery of a ring bit excavating the hard ground outward, straightly excavating the ground at the speed of the peripheral speed or above, and correcting the direction with the oscillating rotation in the specific angle range. CONSTITUTION:Bits 2 of a ring bit 1 are divided into four, only a bit train A on one periphery is fitted outward, a bit train B on the opposite side is fitted inward, and other bits are fitted normally straightly. The ring bit 1 is rotated 360 deg. or above for normal rotation, and a base rock 3 is straightly excavated. When a direction change is required, the outward bit train A is located in the correction direction, the oscillating rotation motion is performed at the angle + or -45 deg. to obliquely excavate. After the direction change, it is again rotated 360 deg. or above to be returned to straight excavation. The excavating direction is quickly and easily corrected during excavation, and workability can be sharply improved.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention that solves the problems is as follows: 1) A ring bit with a plurality of bits attached to the periphery of the pipe tip is rotated while applying impact or pressing force to the hard ground. In an excavation method for excavating a hole, a ring bit is used which is installed so as to be tilted outward from the focusing row at one edge of the group of bits at the tip, and the ring bit is rotated at least 3,600 times or more at the same time. The hard ground is excavated in a straight line by being applied to the hard ground, and when changing the direction of excavation, the ring bit is positioned in the direction of drilling to correct the outward bi-sotho row, and then the ring bit is focused around this phase. A method for easily correcting the excavation direction using a ring bit, which is characterized by changing the excavation direction by giving a rotational motion in a narrow angle range to the pipe. A ring binoto method characterized by being installed with an outward tilt. 2) Ring bit 4 according to claim 2, wherein the bits in one peripheral bit row of the bits installed at an angle to the circumference of the pipe tip are installed at an inclination toward the inner side of the ring bit> Other than the bit rows installed at an outward angle. In the ring bit according to claim 2, the bit is installed straight.

If the ring bit is rotated more than 360 degrees, the outward-facing bit will work 3600 degrees uniformly against the drilling wall of the excavated ground, allowing drilling in a perfect circle centered on the center axis of rotation of the ring bit. It is excavated straight in the direction. Next, if you want to modify the excavation direction in either the forward/backward (up/down) or left/right direction, position the outward bit row in the direction of change, and rotate at a narrow angle of about ±45° around this position. Rotate the ring bit. This causes a difference in the resistance from the ground that the bit experiences between the outward-facing bit and the other bits, which generates a thrust force in the direction of the outward-facing bit, causing the ring bit to gradually turn in that direction. It is something that will be excavated. The direction of excavation is determined by the center phase of the outward-facing bit, and by changing that phase, the excavation direction can be changed to either the front 1 & (up and down) or left or right direction.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a ring bit with the corner facing outward is used to attach the bit on one periphery of the tip bit of the ring bit, and moreover, the oscillating rotation movement is performed with the required phase. By providing this, the excavation direction can be quickly and easily corrected during excavation, greatly increasing workability.Furthermore, the ring bit used for this requires only a slight modification, so it has the advantage of being able to be constructed at low cost.
