  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) バツクレストが前倒し可能に設置された自
    動車のリヤシートにおいて、バツクレストの頂部
    に一対の支脚部を備えた門型ヘツドレストを取付
    け、前記一対の支脚部が跨ぐ前記バツクレストの
    頂部の中間に、バツクレストに内蔵されたバツク
    レストの保持ロツク機構を解除して、前倒し可能
    とする操作ノブを配置してなることを特徴とする
    自動車のリヤシート。 (2) 前記操作ノブは、前記バツクレストの頂部
    に形成された凹部内に配設されている請求項第１
    項の自動車のリヤシート。
