いる電極に対して接続し得るようにしてある電極
接続装置とを有しており、上記アームの長さは、
上記電極接続装置を上記炉に備わつている電極の
上方に位置させ得る長さに定めてあり、一方、上
記電極準備場所は、上記アームの旋回によつて上
記電極接続装置を該電極準備場所に位置させ得る
よう、上記炉に備わつている電極と上記支柱との
距離に対応した距離だけ上記支柱から離間した場
