As shown in the figure, a head 10, legs 11 protruding from the back side of the head 10, and locking parts 12 extending from both side surfaces of the legs 11 are integrally molded.
A synthetic resin decorative film F having a red, orange or metallic luster is provided on the outer surface of the film. Fig. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing the cross-sectional structure of the film F. The one in Fig. 3 is an example of a decorative film exhibiting metallic luster, 20 is a transparent protective film mainly made of vinylidene fluoride resin, and 21 is an adhesive. layer, 2
2 is a transparent polyester film mainly made of polyethylene terephthalate resin, 23 is a metal vapor deposited layer such as aluminum or chromium, 24 is an adhesive layer, and 25 is a resin sheet compatible with the molding body for welding to the molding body. So, the film F made up of multiple layers like this
is introduced into an extrusion mold, extruded simultaneously with the synthetic resin, and integrally fixed to the outer surface of the main body of the molding M. Here, the polyester film 22 has a higher melting temperature than the polyvinyl chloride resin constituting the molding, and has less elongation, so the shape of the entire film F remains constant even when passed through a heated extrusion mold. It has the advantage that it can be fixed directly to the surface of the molding. That is, it is possible to prevent the film F from being undesirably deformed within the mold, and it is possible to extrude the film F in a straight state. However, such a film F
As shown in Fig. 4, the fixed molding is used for window molding, and is deformed in the width direction of the head 10 at a place corresponding to the corner part of the glass window G, and wrapped around the corner part. When processed, the polyester film 22 contained in the composite film has poor elongation and is compressed at the curved inner radius, and if the limit is exceeded, wrinkles are likely to occur. This defective phenomenon becomes noticeable after a heat resistance test or a heat cycle test.

The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the decorative film is made of thermoplastic synthetic resin.
In other words, a reinforcing film with poor heat resistance and high ductility is used, and during extrusion molding, a reinforcing film with high heat resistance and low ductility, such as a polyester film, is integrated with a decorative film to give the film rigidity and shape retention. After being formed as a molding, the reinforcing film is peeled off and removed from the decorative film, so that even if the molding is bent, it can better follow bending and prevent wrinkles from forming.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail based on the drawings. Figures 5 to 8 are simplified configuration diagrams showing an embodiment of the method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molding according to the present invention. 3 is a decorative film, and 4 is a reinforcing film. The decorative film 3, as shown in FIG. , and a soft polyvinyl chloride sheet 34 are laminated together to form a composite film made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, which has poor heat resistance, high elongation, and a metallic luster color tone. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 6, the reinforcing film 4 is a transparent polyester film 41 mainly made of polyethylene terephthalate resin, which has high heat resistance and poor ductility, and has an adhesive layer 42 on its back surface.
The width of each of the films 3 and 4 is such that when the width of the decorative film 3 is W, the width of the reinforcing film 4 is slightly smaller (W-α) than this. A film body is obtained by pasting these two types of films 3 and 4 together between pasting rollers 5 and 5 shown in FIG. 5 so that the center in the width direction of the decorative film 3 and the center of the reinforcing film 4 exactly coincide with each other. It provides rigidity and shape retention not only under normal conditions, but also under relatively high temperatures, and this is achieved by introducing a reinforcing film into the heated extrusion mold 6 on the surface side of the soft polyvinyl chloride resin. It is extruded and welded and integrated with the vinyl chloride resin sheet 34 of the decorative film 3, and then adhered continuously to a part of the outer surface of the extruded synthetic resin molding M shown in FIG. At this time, both ends of the decorative film 3 in the width direction are embedded in the molding, while the reinforcing film 4 is not embedded. The molding M to which the integrated film is attached is cooled as it passes through the cooling tank 7, and is then picked up by a belt of a belt-type take-up machine 8.
Before being cut by a cutting machine (not shown), the reinforcing film 4 is forcibly peeled off by a take-up reel 10 via a guide roller 9 as shown in FIG. 8. Furthermore, take-up reel 1
0 is driven by a motor equipped with a torque compensator so that a constant tension is always applied to the reinforcing film 4. In this embodiment, the decorative film 3 was explained as an example of a film having a metal vapor deposited layer, but if it is desired to obtain a normal color tone such as red or blue, a soft polyvinyl chloride resin sheet having the desired color tone, Any film may be used, and the reinforcing film 4 is not limited to a polyester film, but may also be a paper tape with an adhesive on the back side.

As explained above, according to the molding manufacturing method according to the present invention, a decorative film made of synthetic resin is integrated on the outer surface during extrusion molding, and a part or all of it is bent in the width direction to be attached to an automobile. In the manufacturing method of molding for use in a car, a reinforcing film made of a material with high heat resistance and poor elongation and having an adhesive layer on the back side is placed on top of a decorative film made of thermoplastic synthetic resin slit to a predetermined width W. The process of laminating and integrating the reinforcing film by introducing the integrated film into an extrusion mold and integrally placing the decorative film on the outer surface of the extruded molding with the reinforcing film side facing the surface. The reinforcing film is integrated with the surface of the decorative film because it includes the steps of fixing the reinforcing film and forcibly peeling the reinforcing film from the decorative film before bending the molding in the width direction of the decorative film. By passing the object through a high-temperature extrusion mold, even if the decorative film is heated and softened in the extrusion mold, the reinforcing film maintains its rigidity and shape retention, preventing elongation, deformation, In addition to preventing scratches, this reinforcing film is forcibly peeled off before the molding is bent after molding, so even if the molding is bent in the width direction, the decorative film part will not follow the bending. Good, no wrinkles appear on the decorative film. In addition, when a transparent polyester film is used as the reinforcing film, the decorative film can be seen through the reinforcing film when the molding is formed, making the work easier, and it is not affected by water in the cooling tank. It is also possible to reuse it. When the reinforcing film is peeled off after the pulling machine, the extrusion molding operation becomes stable and variations in quality (dimensions) are reduced. Furthermore, since both ends of the decorative film are buried, it is firmly fixed to the molding body and will not peel off even if the reinforcing film is peeled off.
