Claims (1)
次圧力室を備えたハウジングと、上記ハウジング
に被冠されたカバーと、上記ハウジングとカバー
との間に配置されハウジングとの間に減圧室を形
成し調整用弾性部材によつて所望量だけ一次圧力
室方向に付勢されるダイアフラムと、上記一次圧
力室と減圧室との間に配置された弁座と、上記減
圧室に移動可能に配置され弾性部材によつて常時
ダイアフラム方向に付勢されているとともに上記
調整用弾性部材を調節してダイアフラムを一次圧
力方向に付勢することにより同方向に付勢される
移動部材と、上記移動部材に取付けられ移動部材
が一次圧力室方向に移動することにより上記弁座
との間に流路を形成する弁体と、上記調整用弾性
部材とダイアフラムとの間に介在された端部材と
、上記ダイアフラム及び端部材に連続して形成さ
れた安全弁用貫通孔と、上記端部材の安全弁用貫
通孔位置であつてダイアフラム側に突出しダイア
フラムの安全弁用貫通孔内に挿入された中空凸部
