FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a core material manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, in which 1 is a core material roll, 3 is a mat roll made of foamed urethane, glass wool, rock wool, etc. An adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the core material (paper) 2 from the core material roll 1, and then the core material 2 and the mat 4 are adhesively laminated together, and are made up of a large number of rotating blades at predetermined intervals. A large number of laminated belts 7 are formed by the slitter 6,
7, ... is cut. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the many cut laminated strips 7, 7 are erected at 90 degrees by an erecting means 8 consisting of a plurality of rollers.

In this way, a large number of laminated bands 7, 7, ... arranged in parallel in the horizontal direction are swung by the wave forming means 9 as described below, and in this swung state, the liner roll 1
6 and 18, and the front and back liners 17, 19 coated with adhesive by adhesive applying means 20, 20 are bonded from above and below in a sanderch state to form a continuous core material 21. This continuous core material 21 is then cut into a predetermined length by a cutter means 22, which is a cutting means described below, to obtain a desired product.

The waveform forming means 9, as shown in FIG.
two rollers 10 having a large number of annular protrusions 11;
10 is rotatably provided on a substrate 12 so as to be pressed onto the upper and lower surfaces of the laminated band 7 with a predetermined pressure, and the substrate 12 is slidable perpendicular to the traveling direction of the laminated band 7. An arm 13 attached to the base plate 12 engages with an eccentric pin 15 provided on the rotating disk 14. Therefore, as the rotary disk 14 rotates, the rollers 10, 10 reciprocate in the direction of the arrow, forming the moving laminated band 7 in a wave shape.

As is clear from the above description, according to the core material manufacturing apparatus according to the present invention, the core material having foamed urethane or the like inside is produced by filling the space of a ready-made paper core with foamed urethane or the like, as in the conventional method. Since the core material can be manufactured in the same state as if it were filled with urethane foam or the like all at once, the core material can be manufactured with extremely high productivity.
