流路とを備えた濾過装置であつて、前記濾過器に
は、１０〜１０００ミクロン程度の径の気孔を有
するセラミツク製等の硬質フイルターが内装され
ているとともに、該フイルターを微振動させる超
音波発生装置が備えられていることを特徴とする
