ム体1の上端面中央に、機械取付用ねじ孔4を有
するボス部5が設けられてなるものである。この
装置は、中空ゴム体1の側部に取付けられたバル
ブ6より空気室3内に圧縮空気が封入され、ボス
部5上に機械(図示せず)を載置し中空ゴム体1
上部の閉塞端面1aを所謂ダイヤフラムとして機
能させるようにして使用される。

け、基板を筒型本体に着脱自在に接合したことを
