Claims (1)
- 内部を排気部と吸気部に区画されたフード本体
と、このフード本体の排気部に配設された排気フ
アンと、前記フード本体の吸気部に配設された吸
気フアンと、後面壁及びその左右の袖壁を有する
コ字形で、かつ中空となるように形成される一方
、内面の三つの面の所要位置に空気噴出口が設け
られ、かつ噴出空気を内面に沿つて上方に流動さ
せるためのガイドを付設されて、前記フード本体
と調理火器との間に前記中空部が前記フード本体
の吸気部に連通するように配置された捕集補助体
とを備えたことを特徴とする吸排気式レンジフー
ド。
