[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a medical guidewire. Generally, a guide wire is a metal guide wire that can be visualized with X-rays and is inserted to the affected area (while monitoring it with X-ray images) before inserting a catheter deep into the body via a blood vessel. It is used to insert a catheter coaxially with the core axis, and after the tip of the catheter reaches the affected area, the guide wire is removed and the catheter is left in place. As described above, the guide wire used for inserting the catheter is extremely troublesome and troublesome to operate. Therefore, we have devised a guide wire that is an improvement on the conventional guide wire and can be punctured only once without having to make multiple punctures, and we now provide it. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings of one embodiment. FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a conventional guide wire. A tube wall made of a densely wound metal wire coil 2 is coated with a synthetic resin 3, and a plate-shaped core metal 5 with tapered ends is provided inside the coated tube 4, and both ends 5a, 5b are provided.
are fixed inside the hemispherical occluding portions 6 and 7 , thereby forming the guide wire 1 . The guide wire 1 is assembled so that its outer diameter is as thin as possible, and a catheter can be inserted into the guide wire 1 through its core shaft. In use, since the built-in plate-shaped core metal 5 has a directional refraction, the tip of the guidewire can be guided to the affected area via the blood vessel while viewing the X-ray image. Next, a catheter (not shown) is inserted into the affected area using this guide wire as the core, and when the tip of the catheter reaches the affected area, the guide wire is pulled out and the drug is administered using the catheter. Perform injections or tests, etc. It is necessary to insert the guide wire once and then insert it coaxially with the catheter twice. Figure 2 is Figure 1 A-A
FIG. Figure 3 A, B, and C show guide wires 1a , 1b , and 1c according to an embodiment of the present invention.
FIG. In Figure A, the tube wall of a tightly wound metal wire coil 2 is coated with a coating 4 of synthetic resin 3, one end is closed and fixed with a hemispherical closing member 6 , and the inside has a A tapered plate-shaped core metal 5 is built in, and its tapered end 5a is fixed inside the hemispherical member 6 , so that the coil pitch width at one end or both ends of the fine metal wire densely wound coil 2 is adjusted. Rough pitch 2a or 2a, 2b and between the coarse pitch 2a or 2a, 2b 3a or 3b
The inside of the tube of the coil 2 can be made into a liquid passage by making a plurality of openings in the synthetic resin wall with a blade such as a syringe needle or scalpel.Furthermore, one end 7 is made open so that it can be used as a syringe or a syringe. A drug solution adapter (not shown) is connected to inject the drug solution. Tip portion 5 of plate-shaped core metal 5
The ba is inserted and stabilized in a state where the liquid can flow into the passage of the drug solution adapter or the like. Figure B is the first
On the side of the end 2b in the figure, the coil pitch width is in the original state with a tapered opening 2c, and the core metal 5
The tapered tip 5bb of is fixed to the base of the tapered opening. The opening 2c has a tapered shape, in particular a taper that can be connected to a syringe barrel. In Figure B, the coil pitch width on the side of end b in Figure 1 is the same as the inner diameter of the coil 2 of the guide wire 1c , and an opening 2d is formed, and the tapered tip 5bc of the core bar 5 is formed in the opening 2d. It is fixed near the base of. The opening 2d allows connection with other connecting devices. As described above, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the guide wires 1a , 1
By forming the openable portion 3a or 3a and the opening 7 , 3a and the tapered opening 2c, 3a and the opening 2d in the guide wires b and 1c , these guide wires form an immediate conduit. It has features such as being able to easily perform injections and testing of chemical solutions with a single insertion, and also being able to be used without impairing its previous functions.
