Prior art and its problems There are conventional automatic dust removers as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. If there is an underwater foil in the water as shown in Figure 3A, if the chain stretches, the chain will easily come off from the foil, and the foil and shaft will wear out.
There is a drawback that maintenance is labor-intensive, such as troubles occurring in the oil supply device, and furthermore, debris such as sand, stones, wood, etc. that have entered can get caught between the foil and the chain, causing damage to the foil or chain. In addition, as shown in Figure B, there is a chain guide instead of a foil, but in this case the chain is held in place by the chain guide over its entire length, so if the chain stretches, there is no place for it to escape. , problems occur due to interference with the bar screen or interference between the chains, and the direction of the rake cannot be regulated.Furthermore, even if a take-up is provided, there is no indicator for when to operate the appropriate amount, and the tension operation of the chain is difficult. It has become a matter of relying on intuition.

Also, as shown in Figure 3B or Figure 4A,
There is a method in which the underwater foil is eliminated and the chain guide has the same diameter as the upper foil, but with this method, when the chain is extended, the guide length and chain length differ, and if the chain becomes longer than the guide length within the chain guide, the chain guide will have the same diameter as the upper foil. As shown in Fig. 4B, the rake becomes zigzag-like, so the rake attached to the chain is also oriented in different directions, and there is a drawback that the rake does not mesh properly with the bar screen at the bottom.

Solution to the Problem In the present invention, the lower guide diameter is made larger than the upper foil diameter to prevent a zigzag shape in the chain guide even if the chain is extended and its total length becomes longer than the guide chain length. Create a space, place a chain holder in this space, narrow the chain guide facing the chain holder, and press the chain holder to control the amount of chain expansion.
The chain is regulated between the chain presser and the narrowed chain guide, and the amount of chain elongation is absorbed by utilizing the fact that the gravity between the rake and the chain is perpendicular to each other. To provide an automatic dust remover that can continue operation.

In the figure, 1 is a waterway or a pond, and a frame 3 of an automatic dust remover is provided on a slab 2 above this waterway, and a drive wheel 5 driven by a drive device 4 is provided on this frame, and a drive wheel 5 driven by a drive device 4 is provided on the slab. A carry-out machine 6 is installed to discharge the screen residue etc. raked up by the rake.

In addition, a screen 7 of a desired width is disposed in the water channel 1 so as to block water flow, and a chain guide 8 is disposed along the screen at both upstream sides of this screen. A chain 10 equipped with a rake 9 is stretched around the drive wheel.

This chain guide 8 is shown in detail in FIG.
The main body part of the chain guide is made thinner than the line connecting the upper drive wheel and the lower guide part 8a, and this thinner part, that is, the space created on the upstream side of the chain guide, is used as a space to absorb the amount of extension of the chain. . This guide part 8a (lower guide) increases the diameter R1 on the side where the chain enters and decreases the diameter R2 on the side where the chain exits. This allows the chain to be gently reversed on the entrance side to reduce wear and to increase the diameter on the exit side. The chain is quickly reversed so that the point at which the rake attached to the chain starts biting the screen is close to the pond bottom, that is, the screen residue can be scraped off by the rake even when the water level is low. Also, the tangential angle α of the side diameter R1 into which the lower guide enters should be smaller than 45 degrees.
This is because it is better to keep the equilibrium angle smaller than 45 degrees due to the balance between the rake when the chain enters and the force of the chain's wear resistance, so that the rake chain can slide in smoothly.

Furthermore, a chain holder 11 is disposed in the space above the side diameter R1 where the chain guide enters, and this chain holder has an arm 12 pivoted to the frame at an axis P. At the end of the arm 12, there is a pointer for detecting the amount of extension. 13 is provided protrudingly, and the amount of chain elongation is displayed on a scale 14 provided on the frame side.

When the chain 10 is at the reference line A when the chain is not stretched and when it is stretched, the chain tension T is divided into W and F based on the force vector shown in Fig. 6, and W is vertical, i.e. F is working so that it is in the direction of gravity. To help with this, a chain holder 11 is provided as shown in Fig. 1, and a weight 15 is provided at the tip of the arm as necessary.Since the chain holder rotates around the axis P, the pointer provided at the end of the arm can be used to The amount of chain elongation is displayed.

The area directly below the upper foil of the chain guide is wide enough to allow reference chain line A to pass through, so that the lithium chain can easily come off from the foil and there is enough space to install the wiper, and the middle of the chain guide is designed to allow a large amount of chain expansion. It is made as thin as possible without interfering with the return tank, carrier chain, or rake.

The diameter R1 on the return side of the lower guide should be large.
In addition to reducing wear, the chain is sandwiched between guides on the load side from the reversing part to prevent the chain from coming off, and to prevent the rake from coming off due to obstacles on the bottom of the pond or interfering with the screen. Do it in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

In addition, the diameter R2 on the load side of the lower guide is set to the minimum radius commensurate with the chain used, and the starting position of raking to the screen is lowered as much as possible to improve dirt raking efficiency at low water levels and prevent the chain from coming off the guide. In order to

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, the lower foil is eliminated and the diameter is made larger than the upper foil, the width of the chain guide is narrowed in the middle to create a gap for the chain, and a chain holder is provided to follow this, and the chain Indicate the amount of chain extension using the pointer at the end of the link of the presser foot,
Proper take-up operation can be controlled manually or with power, so it can always operate normally, and in addition to eliminating consumable parts and oil supply equipment,
It has the effect of reducing the maintenance, and also has the effect of automatically achieving take-up and becoming maintenance-free.
