長尺の弾性部材の上面を、軌条面とほぼ同一平面
に位置し、かつ片側に偏位させた平坦面に形成し
、該平坦面の一側部に軌条の側頭部および下顎部
に密着するように切欠きおよび突起を設け、一方
他側部を下向き傾斜面とそれに連なる水平面から
なる段部を形成し、その段部の端部を他の軌条の
下顎部に密着する突起部に形成し、また弾性部材
の下面アーチを形成する脚部の下端縁を前記軌条
の下首部と同じ曲面を有する突部に形成したこと
