[Prior art and its problems] Some burners for gas stoves have flame holes arranged sideways and others have flame holes arranged upward. In either type, the flame formed in the flame hole often disappears due to boiling over during cooking. Recently, in order to ensure safety when the flame goes out, a heat-sensitive part of a misfire safety device has been installed in the flame hole of the burner head. This detects the presence or absence of a flame and turns on the gas circuit when the flame goes out. I'm trying to block it.

However, in the case of a structure in which the heat-sensitive portion is simply disposed close to the flame hole of the burner head, the heat-sensitive portion may be damaged by corrosion or the like. As a result, the heat-sensitive section will eventually not function adequately.

In this case, the heat sensitive section 20 is covered by the upper flange 18, so the heat sensitive section 20 is covered by the upper collar section 18.
There is no need for boiling liquid to be splashed onto the rice cooker, and the above-mentioned inconveniences are therefore eliminated.

However, in the prior art described above, it is necessary to provide flanges 18, 18 on the upper and lower sides of the circumferential side of the burner head 1, and furthermore, a recess 15 for forming an auxiliary flame hole must be provided on the circumferential side of the burner head. Therefore, there is a problem in that manufacturing by casting is troublesome. Furthermore, if a large amount of boiling over occurs, the boiling liquid may accumulate in the lower flange 18, and in this case, there is a problem that the auxiliary flame hole is clogged with the boiling liquid. Furthermore, it is difficult to apply this heat-sensitive part protection structure to a burner head equipped with an upwardly directed flame hole.

The present invention has been developed in view of these points, and it is possible to implement a misfire safety device in a burner having a ring-shaped burner head with a large number of upwardly facing flame holes on the upper surface without significantly changing the structure of the burner. The purpose is to allow the device to be equipped in a manner that protects the heat sensitive part, and to prevent boiling liquid from accumulating near the auxiliary flame hole.

[Technical Means] The technical means of the present invention taken to solve the above technical problem is as follows: ``A large number of raised parts 10, 10 are provided on the upper part of the ring-shaped burner head 1, and a plurality of flames are provided on each raised part. In the burner in which the holes 11, 11 are formed upward, an auxiliary flame hole 12 is provided near one of the protrusions 10, 10 and faces obliquely upward toward the outside, and on the side thereof. The heat sensitive part 20 of the misfire safety device is facing, and the raised part 10 is
A cap board 3 is attached to the flame hole forming surface of the burner head, which has openings formed to match the flame holes 11 near the periphery of the burner head, and which covers the auxiliary flame holes 12 and the heat sensitive part 20. A fire transfer opening 30 is provided midway above the auxiliary flame hole 12 and the heat sensitive part 20.''
That's true.

Each flame hole is bored by post-processing at a predetermined location in a burner head that has been previously manufactured by casting. Then, the shade plate 3 is attached to one specific raised part, and the heat sensitive part 20 protected by this is heated by the flame from the auxiliary flame hole 12. Therefore, when the flame from this auxiliary flame hole 12 disappears, the heating temperature of the heat sensitive section 20 decreases and the gas circuit is cut off by the action of the misfire safety device.

In addition, when igniting, a part of the flame holes 11, 11 will be ignited, but at this time, the gas ejected from the auxiliary flame holes will be ejected from the periphery of the cap plate 3 and the flame transfer opening 30.
flows upward through the In the installation part of the cap board 3,
The flame holes 11, 11 are formed near the outer periphery of the burner head 1, and the flame transfer opening 30 is located close to this, so that the flame transfer opening 3 of the flame arc 11
The auxiliary flame hole is ignited through the gas overflowing from the periphery of the flame shade plate 3 formed at 0, and a flame is formed therein. After the flame is formed, the heat-sensitive section 20 is heated by the flame of this auxiliary flame hole. or,
In this state, the auxiliary flame hole and the heat-sensitive part 20 are covered by the cap plate 3, and the boiling liquid when boiling over does not splash onto the auxiliary flame hole or the heat-sensitive part 20.

By simply changing the flame hole machining of the semi-finished cast product for the burner head, which has a normal upward flame hole, and attaching the cap plate 3, the heat sensitive part can be installed in a manner that protects the burner head, making the burner head a special cast product. This creates compatibility and improves productivity.

In addition, in the case of the conventional type, since the flange part 18 is located below the auxiliary flame hole forming part, the auxiliary flame hole 12 may be clogged due to the accumulation of boiling liquid in this part. The above-mentioned inconvenience does not occur with this method.

As shown in FIG. 1, the ring-shaped burner head 1 used in the embodiment of the present invention has approximately T-shaped protuberances 10, 10 radially formed on its upper surface, consisting of a combination of a radial portion and a circumferential portion. The raised portion 10 has outer flame holes 11 in the circumferential direction.
a, 11a, and a middle flame hole 11c and an inner flame hole 11b are bored in the radial portion. and,
One of the ridges is provided with only a blind threaded hole 13 at the inner end of its radial portion. This screw hole 13 is a screw hole for attaching a cap board.

A pair of auxiliary flame holes 12 are provided on the peripheral side of the burner head near the raised portion 10 provided with the screw hole 13.
12 are formed, and as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, these auxiliary flame holes are located outside and below the pair of outer flame holes 11a and 11a formed in this raised portion 10. Furthermore, the sum of the opening areas of the auxiliary flame holes 12, 12 is made approximately equal to the sum of the opening areas of the inner flame holes 11b formed in other raised parts, and the amount of gas ejected from each raised part of the burner head is is almost uniform.

Further, a cap plate 3 is attached to the above-mentioned specific raised portion 10 using screw holes 13, but this cap plate 3 is
As shown in Fig. 2, it has a rectangular shape with both long sides bent to form a U-shaped cross section, and a mounting hole 31 corresponding to the screw hole 13 described above is bored near one short side. has been done. Further, an opening 3 is provided in the intermediate portion in a portion corresponding to the above-mentioned outer flame holes 11a, 11a.
2 and 32 are respectively provided with openings 33 in the portions corresponding to the middle flame holes 11c. Therefore, in this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the two bent sides are fitted onto the circumferential portion of the raised portion 10, and the screw hole 13 and the mounting hole 31 are used to attach the burner head to the burner head. When screwed, it is fixed in this mounting position.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, this cap board 3 has a fire transfer opening 30 formed a little closer to the tip side than the above-mentioned openings 32, 32; is bent downward. Therefore, the gas from the auxiliary flame holes 12, 12 mainly flows out from the sides of the cap plate 3 and from above through the flame transfer opening 30, and the amount of gas flowing upward from the tip portion far from the flame holes 11, 11 is small. will be less. Therefore, the flame formed in the flame holes 11, 11 is likely to transfer to the auxiliary flame holes 12, 12.

The misfire safety device of this embodiment is a thermocouple type safety device, and the heat sensitive portion 20 is a high temperature contact portion of the thermocouple. This heat sensitive part 20 is connected to the auxiliary flame hole 1.
When heated by the flame formed at 2,12,
The solenoid valve inserted into the thermocouple circuit is maintained in an open state by the electromagnetic force generated by the thermoelectromotive force, and conversely, when the flame in the auxiliary flame holes 12, 12 disappears, the thermoelectromotive force disappears. The solenoid valve then closes, cutting off the gas circuit.
