〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は、天井材、壁材等に使用されるロックウール板
の表面化粧塗装の前段階において、ロックウール板の下
地処理として施される目止め塗装に使用されるロックウ

られるか否かの目止め性、及び、塗料の粘度が高くなり
過ぎず塗料が安定して供給されるか否かの機械安定性等
で評価される塗装性能が、満足できるものとはならなか

の表面にロールによって転写塗装されるロックウール板
用の目止め塗料におhて、水性エマルジ薔ン塗料にアク

ール板表面への塗料の転写性が良好で、しかも、ロック
ウール板表面の凹凸が充分にうめられて目止め性も良好
であり、又、チクソ性が低hことに起因して塗料の粘度
が高くなり過ぎることがなく機械安定性にも優れたもの
である。又、本発明のロックウール板用の目止め塗料に
おいては、上述の如く塗装性能が向上されているため、
4μ〜8μと比較的粒度の大きいフィーラ−(体質顔料
)を配合することが可能で、目止め性を更に向上させる
