Claims (1)
- 上端が上蓋によつて密閉されかつ下底部が開放
された上部槽とその上部槽の下部に着脱可能に取
付けられて上部槽とともに低温液化ガス収容室を
区画形成する下部槽とを備え、前記上部槽および
下部槽はそれぞれ内外２重壁を有する構成とされ
、かつ上部槽の内壁および外壁の間と、下部槽の
内壁および外壁の間とには、それぞれ独立に真空
断熱層が形成されており、前記下部槽には、試料
を前記低温液化ガス収容室内に露呈させた状態で
保持するための試料保持部が設けられていること
を特徴とするクライオスタツト。
