図は本考案に係る集積回路部品取付け装置の要部
となる導体パターンの形状の他の例を示す平面図
である。第４図は従来の集積回路部品取付け装置
の要部となる導体パターンの形状を示す平面図で
あり、第５図は従来の集積回路部品取付け装置の
要部となる導体パターンの形状の他の例を示す平
面図である。 ３……端子用導体パターン、４……接地導体パ

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 アナログ処理部とデジタル処理部とが一体的に
配設されてなる集積回路部品の複数の接続端子が
対応して取付けられる端子用導体パターンと、 上記集積回路部品の取付け領域内に形成され、
グランド電位となされるとともに上記集積回路部
品のグランド端子が取付けられる接地導体パター
ンとを備え、 上記接地導体パターンは、上記集積回路部品の
デジタル処理部のグランド端子が取付けられる側
の周縁部の該グランド端子が取付けられる部分の
上記アナログ処理部側に隣接する位置より、この
接地導体パターンの中途部に亘つてスリツトが設
けられてなる集積回路部品取付け装置。
