突設し中心部に軸孔を突設した金属または合成樹
脂製のボス材を背板表面側から上記ボス材嵌着穴
内へ嵌着してその表側縁部に係止鍔を係止させ、
かつ、内周部に雌ネジを刻設した鳩目状金属管を

をボス材嵌着穴2の表側縁部に係止させた状態に
おいて、嵌合部7は嵌着剤により組合されて背板
1とボス材4とが一体となるのである。なお、8
は回り止めピンである。また、背板1には前記ボ
ス材嵌着穴2の外周に沿つて複数個の透孔9…9
を等開度に配設し、内周部に雌ネジ10を刻設し
た鳩目状金属管11…11を上記透孔9…9へ嵌
挿し、かしめまたは接着により背板1と一体に結
合させて羽根車抜き取り構造を構成し、第4図
A,Bのようにしてポンプ軸Sから羽根車を抜き
取る際に使用するのである。このようにして羽根
車を突き取れば、嵌合部7に衝撃を与えることな
く円滑に抽脱することができ、係止鍔4aの存在
と相まつて嵌合部7の結合状態を損なうようなこ
とはないのである。
