号付設用の平坦面を形成してある卵容器に関す

ない箇所の卵は身部及び蓋部から各々内方に向け
て突出位置する隔壁の存在により略一定の姿勢に
保たれ、相隣る卵どうしの衝突に伴なう破損が防
止されるのであり、かつ前記平坦面が形成された
二つの凹部夫々に収納された卵は他のものよりも
高い、即ち、長く突出する隔壁によつてその重心
よりも十分に高い所で支持されることになり、従
つて、多少激しい振動等を受けたとしても卵どう
しの衝突に伴なう破損は他の箇所と同様に確実に
防止されるのである。

には、前記身部A及び蓋部Bの閉鎖姿勢において
接当し合う略四角錐形状の柱状体3A及び3Bが
一体形成され、これら柱状体3A及び3Bの各項
部には、前記身部Aと蓋部Bとの閉鎖姿勢で嵌合
する小突起3a及び小凹部3bが形成されてい
る。4は前記蓋部Bの外壁部分でそれの長手方向
一端側に位置する相隣る二つの凹部1b,1bの
底部間に亘つて形成された平坦面であり、この平
坦面4には、卵の価格、卵の生産年月日、卵の重
さ及び大きさ、生産者名などの所要事項を表わす
バーコード符号5を印刷した紙様体6が貼着され
ていて、この符号5は運搬時や販売時における卵
に関する所要事項を、磁気や光等を介して自動読
取りし、チエツクするためのものである。

防止できるのである。
