上述した目的を達成した。(Means for Solving the Problem) For this reason, the present invention fixes an elongated wall mounting member between upper and lower beam members for mounting a concrete wall at a concrete external wall construction location. On the other hand, a concrete wall is formed that is provided with supporting reinforcing bars that continuously protrude from the wall surface at appropriate intervals at a constant height, and the wall mounting member is provided with:
By fixing this supporting reinforcing steel and adopting a concrete wall construction method that constructs a concrete wall so that there is a predetermined space between the concrete wall and the wall mounting member, The long wall-mounting member fixed between the upper and lower beams for attaching the concrete wall, and the supporting reinforcing bars fixed to this wall-mounting member are installed at appropriate intervals at a certain height. By adopting a concrete wall device consisting of a concrete wall that is formed so as to continuously protrude from the wall surface, we also have a long concrete wall that is fixed between the upper and lower beams for attaching the concrete wall. The above objective was achieved by using a concrete wall with support reinforcing bars that continuously protrude from the wall surface at appropriate intervals and at a constant height so as to be fixed to the wall mounting members.

The exposed protrusions of the corrugated members 3a of No. 3 are welded and fixed, respectively, or as shown in FIG. Then, the corrugated members 3a of a set of supporting reinforcing bars 3, each having a rod-shaped exposed chord member 3C fixed between the protruding parts, are welded and fixed, or as shown in FIG. An exposed chord material 3C is fixed to each exposed protrusion of the corrugated material 3a of a set of support reinforcing bars 3, and the open ends of the wall mounting member 1 are caulked from the inside to the outside so as to substantially cover the exposed chord material 3C. Processing and fixing, as shown in Figure 7,
The exposed chord members 3C are fixed to the exposed protrusions of the corrugated members 3a of a set of support reinforcing bars 3 that are inclined in a substantially V-shaped plane so as to touch each other, and a wall mounting member is attached to the outside of the protrusions of the corrugated members 3a. As shown in FIG. 8, exposed chord members 3c are attached to the exposed protrusions of the corrugated members 3a of a set of support reinforcing bars 3 that are inclined in a substantially V-shape in plan view. It is also possible to fix them close to each other and swage the open end of the wall mounting member 1 so as to cover the adjacent exposed chord members 3c from the inside to the outside.

A long wall mounting member 1 is fixed between the upper and lower beams for mounting the concrete wall 2, and supporting reinforcing bars 3 are provided that continuously protrude from the wall surface at a constant height at appropriate intervals. By forming a concrete wall 2 and fixing the support reinforcing bars 3 to the wall mounting member 1, the concrete wall 2 is formed such that a predetermined space is provided between the concrete wall 2 and the wall mounting member 1. By constructing a wall, the concrete wall 2 can be firmly attached by simply fixing the supporting reinforcing bars 3, which continuously protrude from the wall at appropriate intervals and at a constant height, to the wall mounting member 1. I can do that.

Since the concrete wall body 2 is formed to continuously protrude from the wall surface at a certain height at appropriate intervals, as mentioned above, a heat insulating material 4 is filled in a predetermined space formed by the support reinforcing bars 3 to improve heat insulation. In addition to being able to build excellent concrete walls,
The supporting reinforcing bars 3 of the concrete wall 2 are fixed to the wall mounting member 1, so that the concrete wall can be built strongly. Moreover, since the concrete wall 2 itself is reinforced by the supporting reinforcing bars 3, the thickness of the concrete wall 2 is 5. It can be formed as thin as ~8 cm. Therefore, compared to the conventional precast concrete wall with embedded joint fittings that are directly attached to beam material A, transportation and handling are extremely easy, and concrete wall construction work such as hanging and erection is easier. Moreover, it becomes a concrete wall device with excellent waterproofness, durability, and strength.

In order to be fixed to the elongated wall mounting member 1 fixed between the upper and lower beam members A for mounting, support reinforcing bars 3 are provided that continuously protrude from the wall surface at a constant height at appropriate intervals. Therefore, since it is reinforced by the supporting reinforcing bars 3, its thickness can be reduced, making it easy to handle and having excellent workability. Moreover, as mentioned above, the supporting reinforcing bars 3 make it possible to have a predetermined space. Since it can be fixed to the wall mounting member 1 at the same time, the space can be filled with the heat insulating material 4 and a concrete wall with excellent heat insulation properties can be constructed extremely easily.

At the concrete exterior wall construction location, a long wall mounting member is fixed between the upper and lower beams for mounting the concrete wall, and at a certain height at appropriate intervals. By forming a concrete wall provided with supporting reinforcing bars that continuously protrude from the wall surface, and fixing the supporting reinforcing bars to the wall mounting member, there is a gap between the concrete wall and the wall mounting member. A concrete wall construction method characterized by constructing a concrete wall to have a predetermined space. 2. At the concrete exterior wall construction position, a long wall mounting member fixed between the upper and lower beams for mounting the concrete wall, and supporting reinforcing bars fixed to this wall mounting member, 1. A concrete wall device comprising: a concrete wall body formed to continuously protrude from a wall surface at a constant height at appropriate intervals. 3. To be fixed to the long wall mounting member fixed between the upper and lower beams for mounting the concrete wall,
A concrete wall body characterized by having support reinforcing bars that continuously protrude from the wall surface at a constant height at appropriate intervals.
