However, in the single-column shelf described in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 29-3164, the sleeve plates 05 are engaged and supported in the locking holes 02 of the shelf struts 01, and the sleeve plates 05 are attached to the front steady-stop pieces 04 of the shelf struts 01. Although the two adjacent sleeve plates 05 can be held parallel to each other by bringing the anti-sway protrusions 07 into contact with each other, two rows of locking holes 02 on the left and right are arranged on one shelf support 01. In addition, a protrusion 03 is formed in front of the shelf support 01, and a steadying piece 04 is attached to the tip thereof, and a reinforcing strip 06 and a steadying protrusion 07 are also formed on the sleeve plate 05, making the structure complicated. The cost will be high, and two adjacent
Since the sleeve plates 05 have a gap corresponding to the width of the steady rest piece 04, the storage efficiency is low and the appearance is not good.

In addition, a large number of shelf supports are erected in the direction of the shelf frontage, and locking holes are arranged in a row in the vertical direction in each shelf support, and two sheets of each shelf support the ends of the left and right shelves, respectively. In a single-post type shelf where the engaging claws of the sleeve plates can be engaged with one locking hole, if the heights of the adjacent shelf plates match, the two adjacent sleeve plates will not touch each other. Stand close together, back to back.

In such a state, adjacent sleeve boards may not be held parallel in the front-rear direction due to problems such as the flatness of the sleeve boards themselves, the verticality of the shelf supports, or dimensional errors in the hanging pieces on both left and right sides of the shelf board. Otherwise, one of the front and rear ends of the sleeve plate will come into contact with the other and become separated, resulting in an unsightly appearance.

In addition, if the actual shelf spacing between the shelf supports is narrower than the most appropriate interval corresponding to the length of the shelf, the left and right shelves may be attached to the shelf supports at the same height as described above. In this condition, when the sleeve board moves under the weight of the items on the shelf, or when the sleeve board is removed from the shelf support, the outer surface of the sleeve board is rubbed all over, causing scratches or paint film. It may peel off.

Means and Effects for Solving the Problems The present invention relates to an improvement of the shelf support structure that overcomes these difficulties, and includes a large number of locking holes in one row in the vertical direction, and a structure in which a large number of locking holes are provided in one row in the vertical direction. three or more shelf posts erected at intervals approximately corresponding to the length of the shelf boards; a planar plate-shaped sleeve board that is selectively engaged and supported in one of the locking holes of the shelf posts; In a single-column shelf consisting of a shelf plate in which both end portions of the shelf plate are removably engaged and supported at the lower part of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate, the vertical width is adjusted near the upper edge of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate. Parallel holding protrusions narrowly oriented in the front-rear direction are integrally molded outwardly from the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate body by press processing, and are used to lock the middle shelf support between the shelf supports at both left and right ends of the frontage. Planar sleeve plates supporting the shelves on both the left and right sides of the intermediate shelf support are engaged and supported in a mutually adjacent state in the holes, and at both ends of the shelf plates, there are grooves extending downward from the shelf body at a right angle. Bent hanging pieces on both left and right sides are formed, and at the lower end of the planar sleeve plate, a shelf support part that is bent inward into a U-shape is provided for most of the front and rear width of the shelf. It is characterized by being formed continuously over the entire length.

In addition, when attaching and removing two adjacent planar sleeve plates 3 that are engaged with the same locking hole 2 to the shelf support 1, each planar plate-shaped sleeve plate 3 has a parallel holding protrusion 8.
Because only the parts are in contact and the other parts are apart,

Furthermore, even if the center distance D of the shelf supports 1 does not exactly match the above-mentioned formula, the shelf board 10 is
When the planar sleeve plate 3 is engaged and supported, the elasticity of the U-shaped shelf support portion 6 of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate 3 causes the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate 3 to
Since the upper ends are biased toward each other, the parallel holding protrusions 8 of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plates 3 collide with each other, and the upper ends of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plates 3 are always kept at a constant interval. It is maintained at 2S, and the above-mentioned effects can be achieved.

Furthermore, since the two adjacent planar sleeve plates 3 are arranged with a certain interval 2S, when the books are stored on the shelf, the planar plate is placed between the paper sheets of the books to be stored. The shaped sleeve plate 3 is not pinched, and damage to the book is prevented.

Moreover, since the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate 3 and the shelf board 10 are integrally connected by the engaging claws 16, when the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate 3 is attached to or removed from the shelf support 1, only the shelf plate 10 is connected. By simply grasping and moving vertically and longitudinally, the engaging claws 4 and protrusions 5 of the planar sleeve plate 3 can be engaged with the locking holes 2 of the shelf support 1, allowing for assembly and shelf board installation. Ten transfers can be performed easily.

Effects of the invention As described above, in the present invention, when the heights of the left and right side plates are the same, a parallel retaining protrusion oriented forward and backward protrudes near the upper edge of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plate, and 1 of the middle shelf posts sandwiched between the shelf posts of
The locking holes in the rows are designed so that the planar sleeve plates that support the shelves on both the left and right sides of the intermediate shelf support can be engaged and supported in a mutually adjacent state. Due to the force of the books and other placed items packed tightly together to expand outward, the two adjacent planar sleeve plates are pushed outward so that they come into contact with each other. Even if the planar sleeve plate is separated from the shelf board, the parallel holding protrusions near the upper edge of the plate-like sleeve plate can contact each other and bear a force acting outwardly on the planar plate-like sleeve plate, Two adjacent flat plate-shaped sleeve plates are held parallel to each other for a good appearance, and when inserting a book, etc. near the sleeve plate, the flat plate-shaped sleeve plate can be accidentally pinched between the pages of the book. There is no.

In addition, in this invention, when the heights of adjacent shelf boards are the same and the two planar plate-shaped sleeve plates that support them are in close contact with each other back-to-back, the flatness of the planar plate-shaped sleeve plates themselves and the vertical shelf Due to reasons such as the verticality of the pillars being incorrect or the dimensional errors in the hanging pieces on both the left and right sides of the shelf board, the adjacent flat plate-shaped sleeve plates are not held parallel to each other in the front-rear direction, and the front and rear ends of the flat plate-shaped sleeve plates are Even if one of them comes into contact with the other and tends to separate, the parallel-maintaining protrusions near the upper edges of the planar sleeve plates keep the adjacent planar sleeve plates parallel in the front-rear direction. It is retained and does not become unsightly.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, if the adjacent shelves are at the same height, the weight of the items on the shelves may cause the flat plate-shaped sleeve plate to move, or when the flat plate-shaped sleeve plate is removed from the shelf support, something may occur. Even if a force is exerted that causes the outer surfaces of the planar sleeve plates to approach each other, only the parallel holding ridges of the planar sleeve plates rub against each other strongly, and other parts do not rub against each other. There is no damage to the entire outer surface of the sleeve board, and no peeling of the paint film, so the appearance of the entire shelf can be maintained beautifully for a long time.

Furthermore, even though the sleeve board is a flat board, it is reinforced vertically and in a well-balanced manner by the parallel holding ridges at the upper end and the U-shaped shelf support section at the lower end, so the sleeve board can be made of thin board material. .

Furthermore, by providing only one row of locking holes in one shelf support, the two planar sleeve plates that support the left and right shelves can be engaged and supported at the same time, which simplifies the processing of the shelf support. At the same time, the thickness of the shelf support can be reduced,
Cost reduction can be achieved.

A shelf support in which a large number of locking holes are provided in one row in the vertical direction, and three or more locking holes are erected at intervals approximately corresponding to the length of the shelf board in the shelf frontage direction, and the locking of the shelf support A unit consisting of a flat plate-shaped sleeve plate that is selectively engaged with and supported by one of the holes, and a shelf plate that has both end portions of the shelf plate removably engaged and supported at the lower part of the flat plate-shaped sleeve plate. In the pillar-type shelf, near the upper edge of the planar sleeve plate, a parallel holding protrusion having a narrow vertical width and oriented in the front-rear direction is integrally protruded outward from the main body of the planar plate-like sleeve plate by press working. Flat plate-shaped sleeve plates that support the shelf boards on both the left and right sides of the intermediate shelf support are engaged in a locking hole of the intermediate shelf support that is molded and sandwiched between the shelf supports on both the left and right ends of the frontage in a state that they are adjacent to each other. The left and right side hanging pieces are bent downward from the shelf body at right angles and are formed on both side ends of the shelf board, and the lower ends of the planar plate-shaped sleeve boards are formed inwardly in a U-shape. A shelf support structure characterized in that a shelf support part curved into a shape is continuously formed over most of the front and rear width of the shelf.
