(Function) Attach the plug to the tip of the stripped coaxial cable, and insert the plug into the recess in the base box. Then, the center conductor of the coaxial cable is connected to the connector for the center conductor provided in the base box, and the contact provided in the plug to be connected to the outer conductor is connected to the connector for the outer conductor in the base box. Connect with connector. Further, in this state, a pair of engaging portions provided on the arm pieces of the insert and the base box engage with each other, thereby preventing the insert from being removed from the base box. On the other hand, when removing the insert from the base box, the arm pieces are manually bent to disengage the pair of engagement parts. Then, in this state, remove the insert from the recess of the base box.

(Example) Below, drawings showing examples of the present application will be described. Reference numeral 1 denotes a base box, and as an example, a power feeding box for a television antenna is shown. 2 is an element. Reference numeral 3 designates a recess into which an insert is inserted, and its inner surface is provided with a connector 4 for the center conductor and a connector 6 for external conduction, respectively. All of the above-mentioned connectors are made of a metal plate with good elasticity and conductivity, such as phosphor bronze, and are connected to lead wires 5 and 7 that connect to electronic circuit elements inside the base box. .
Next, reference numeral 11 denotes an insert, which is made of a synthetic resin material with good insulation properties. In this case, 12 is a main body, 13 is an insertion hole for an external conductor, and one deep surface of the insertion hole 13 is open to the side surface of the main body as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 14 denotes a stopper for the outer conductor fixed to the main body 12, which is made of a conductive material (metal plate) and includes a protrusion 15 for biting into the outer conductor and an operation part 16 for clamping operation. A contact 17 is provided on the outer surface of the main body 13 and is formed integrally with the stop 14. Reference numeral 18 indicates an insertion hole for the center conductor, which is provided in the main body 12 in series with the tip of the insertion hole 13 . Reference numeral 19 indicates a groove for positioning the center conductor provided at the tip of the main body, and reference numeral 20 indicates an attachment portion provided on the outer surface of the tip of the main body. Reference numeral 21 indicates a fitting portion of a waterproof cap provided on the outer circumferential surface of the base of the main body, and reference numeral 22 indicates a stopper. Next 25
Arm pieces are provided on both the left and right sides of the main body 12, and are provided with a gap G between them and the side surfaces of the main body 12. Further, the dimensions between the outer surfaces of both arm pieces 25, 25 are formed to correspond to the width dimension of the recess 3 so that the arm pieces 25, 25 can be inserted into the recess 3 securely. The end portion 26 of the arm piece 25 on the insertion direction side is integrally connected to the main body 12 as shown. 2
Reference numeral 7 denotes an engagement element provided on the outer surface of the arm piece 25, and 28 indicates an engagement element provided at a position corresponding to the engagement element 27 on the inner surface of the recessed portion 3. These constitute a pair of engagement elements. In addition, the outer surfaces 27a and 28 of each engager
A is a guiding slope to facilitate insertion as described later. Reference numeral 29 indicates an operating knob attached to the free end of the arm piece 25.

When connecting the coaxial cable 31 to the base box 1 using the connector with the above configuration, the coaxial cable 3
Peel off the tip of 1 in a well-known manner. Note that 32 represents an outer conductor, 33 represents an inner insulator, and 34 represents a center conductor. Next, insert the tip of the coaxial cable 31 into the insertion hole 13, and connect the outer conductor 32 to the stopper 14.
, and the center conductor 34 is passed through the insertion hole 18 so that the tip thereof protrudes beyond the main body. Next, the seventh
As shown in the figure, the stopper 14 is deformed using a tool 36 such as pliers, and the outer conductor 32 is fastened by the stopper 14. Next, the center conductor 34 protruding from the insertion hole 18 is bent along the groove 19, and its tip is attached to the attachment part 20. Next, the insert 11 is inserted into the recess 3. In this case, if the insert 11 is pushed toward the deep part of the recess 3, the guide surface 27
a, 28a causes the arm piece 25 to deform as shown by the broken line in FIG. , and the engaged state shown in FIG. 4 is achieved. In this state, as is clear from FIG. 3, the center conductor 34 is connected to the connector 4, and the contactor 17 is in contact with the connector 6, thereby establishing electrical continuity between them. Next, if necessary, the waterproof cap 35 is placed over the fitting portion 21 with its tip abutting the stopper 22, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In this state, the distance G' between the inner surface of the arm piece 25 and the outer surface of the waterproof cap 35 is smaller than the dimension sufficient to disengage the engagers 27 and 28, so the knob 29 may be operated by mistake. Even if the arm piece 25 bends toward the main body 12, an accident in which the engaging elements 27 and 28 become disengaged is prevented.

Next, when you want to remove the insert 11 from the recess,
The waterproof cap 35 is removed, and then the knob 29 is operated to bend the arm pieces 25 toward the main body 12 against their elasticity. As a result, the engager 27 becomes the engager 28
Since the insert 11 can be removed from the recess 3, it can be removed from the recess 3.

Furthermore, even if the base box 1 and the plug 11 are integrated as described above, when it is desired to separate the coaxial cable from the base box 1 for repair or inspection reasons,
Since there is a gap G between each arm piece 25 and the main body 12, by pinching the knobs 29, 29 attached to each arm piece 25 and bringing them closer together, the engagement elements on both sides can be almost closed. You can easily remove the base box 1 by removing it at the same time.
