Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本願は、先端頭部から射光することによつて口
腔内の患部を照明して治療を行い易くするように
内部に光源と光導線とを備えた歯科治療器具に関
し、特に器具内部に備えた光源部を器具内に備え
たエアタービン、エアモータ等の駆動部を駆動し
たのちの加圧空気を利用して冷却するように構成
したもので、以下図面とともに本願の実施例を詳
述すると、この歯科治療器具は例えば先端頭部a
に加圧空気により駆動されるエアタービン等の駆
動部を有する手持部材Aと、後端に可撓性ホース
bを取付けた継手部材Bとが連結機構Cを介して
連結して構成されている。前記手持部材Aは、前
後の筒体を螺合接続した軸筒1によつて形成さ
れ、その後端中心位置で先端が手持部材Aの先端
頭部aまで延びている光フアイバから成る光導体
2の後端部が保持筒3により保持される。この保
持筒3は前記軸筒1の中間部内に嵌着され前方中
央部に突出部4を延設した短尺な筒体から成り、
該保持筒3にはその直径方向に対向する外周部が
軸線方向に切欠されていて軸筒1の内周面とで排
気用の通路5,5を形成するとともに前記突出部
4に前記光導体2の後端部を嵌着したスリーブ6
を嵌挿する小径の保持孔7とがまた体部にこれと
連通する大径の嵌合孔8が夫々設けられている、
また前記軸筒1内には、第4図で示すように直径
方向で対向する外周側部10′,10′が切除され
て軸筒1の内周面とで前記通路5,5と連通する
排気通路9,9を形成する嵌合筒体10が前記保
持筒3の後面に続いて嵌合されており、この嵌合
筒体10の前記外側部10′,10′の前部には排
気通路9,9と内部とを連通する方形状の開口部

ング12と接続筒14との間で前記排気通路9と

加圧空気及びチツプエアを手持部材Aの先端頭部

撓管40を介して給気源に接続され、先端が挿入
筒体26の中間部外側面で開口して前記第二空気
孔20に連通する第二給気路41と、後端が可撓
管42を介して給水源に接続し、先端が挿入筒体
26の中間部側面で開口して前記水孔22と連通
する給水路43とが配設されている。前記筒体2
