[Prior Art] Conventionally, this integrating power consumption meter has a case body whose top surface is opened in a rectangular shape, a glass cover attached to the edge of the opening of the case body, and a case body. and a gasket interposed between the glass cover and the glass cover, and the gasket is simply a flat rectangular frame shape as shown in FIG.
First, this was attached to the edge of the opening of the glass cover using an adhesive, and then the glass cover was attached to the case body.

(b) The glass cover of the integrated electricity meter was opened for inspection and adjustment due to long-term use, but at that time the gasket and case body were in a bonded state due to long-term pressure contact even though no adhesive was used. It may be worn out and difficult to peel off. On the other hand, the glass cover and packing are attached with adhesive, so
There is a risk that the gasket that forcibly separates the glass cover from the case body may be damaged.

[Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the present invention includes a case main body 1 whose upper surface is opened in a substantially rectangular shape, and a glass cover 2 that is attached to the opening edge of the case main body 1. It consists of a gasket 4 interposed between the case body 1 and the glass cover 2, and the gasket 4 is formed of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin into a rectangular frame shape with a size that approximately matches the opening. At the same time, the width of each corner part is made slightly wider than the straight part, and the entire circumference of the upper surface is formed into an arcuate curved surface 7 or a protrusion 8 is provided, and the inner lower edge is provided with the above-mentioned cage. - A flange piece 6 is provided vertically to abut against the inner surface of the opening of the case body 1, and the gasket 4 is placed on the edge of the opening of the case body 1 without using adhesive, and the glass cover 2 is placed in contact with the arcuate curved surface 7 or the protrusion 8 on the upper surface of the packing 4 without using an adhesive, and the glass cover 2 and the case body 1 are pressed into contact with each other by tightening means such as bolts and joined together. That's what happens.

The arcuate curved surface 7 or the protrusion 8 on the upper surface of the gasket 4 serves to increase the sealing effect with the glass cover 2 and to improve the peelability between the glass cover 2 and the gasket 4.

Furthermore, by making the width of each corner of the gasket 4 slightly wider than the straight part, the sealing effect at the corner is enhanced and it also works to accommodate slight differences in the opening dimensions of the case body 1. . That is, even if the radius dimension of the corner portion of the case body 1 is slightly increased or decreased due to a difference in model or a design change, the corner portion of the gasket 4 can be adjusted as is because the corner portion is formed slightly wider.

[Example] In Fig. 1, 1 is a box-shaped metal case body with a rectangular opening on the top surface, and 2 is a box-shaped metal case body that is attached on the edge of the opening of the case body 1. A frame-shaped connecting ring fitting 3 is fitted to the outer periphery of the lower end of the glass cover 2, and the lower periphery of the connecting ring fitting 3 is made to protrude from the outer periphery of the lower end of the glass cover 2. There is. Then, the connecting ring fitting 3 and the fastening pieces 5, 5, which are protruded from the outer surface of the case main body 1, respectively, and are opposed to each other, are tightened and fixed with bolts (not shown). Reference numeral 4 denotes a gasket interposed between the opening edge of the case body 1 and the glass cover 2, and the gasket 4 is integrally molded from an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin. That is, the entire packing 4 is formed into a rectangular frame shape with a size that approximately matches the opening of the case body 1, and the width l is set by the straight side as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. The dimensions should be commensurate with the glass thickness of the glass cover 2, and the width of the curved portion of each corner should be l 1
is made larger than the width l of the straight part (l 1 >l) in accordance with the glass thickness at the corner of the glass cover 2, and the upper surface is raised all around to form an arcuate curved surface 7. Furthermore, a flange piece 6 is provided around the inner lower edge of the case body 1 so as to come into contact with the inner surface of the opening of the case body 1.

However, the packkin 4 configured in this way is
As shown in FIG. 4, the case body 1 is placed on the opening edge without using adhesive, and the glass cover 2 is placed on top of it in contact without using adhesive. At this time, since the flange piece 6 is brought into contact with the inside of the case body 1, it is reliably held in a fixed position without slipping down or shifting. Furthermore, even if the seal 4 were to be misaligned for some reason at that time, the corners of the seal 4 are wide so that every corner would be sealed, and the arcuate curved surface 7 would be deformed into a crushed shape. This makes the sealing effect even higher.

The packing 4a shown in FIG. 5 has the arcuate curved surface 7.
Instead, a protrusion 8 is provided around the entire circumference of the upper surface, and the same sealing effect can be obtained even in this case.

The packing 4b shown in FIG. 6 has collar pieces 6', 6', 6', 6' hanging down only on the lower inner edge of each corner, and the packing 4c shown in FIG. Flange pieces 6'', 6'', 6'', 6'' are vertically attached to the straight parts excluding the corners, and in each case, the packing 4 is attached to the case body 1.
This is sufficient to ensure that it is held securely on the edge of the opening.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the integrated power meter of the invention, the packing 4 can be reliably attached to the case body 1 without using adhesive.
and the glass cover 2, which contributes to cost reduction by simplifying assembly work and eliminating the need for adhesives, and also eliminates the need for adhesives during periodic maintenance inspections. ,
The upper surface of the gasket 4 is made into an arcuate curved surface 7 to improve peelability from the glass cover 2, making it easy to replace the gasket 4. Also, the corners of the gasket 4 are made wide, making it easy to replace the gasket 4. - It has many advantages such as being versatile enough to accommodate changes in the dimensions of the base body 1, and has extremely high practical value.
