Claims (1)
- 装着された工具Ｔを把持するコレツト２と、前
記工具Ｔを把持するとともに該コレツトの工具把
持開放後も工具Ｔを保持する保持爪３とを主軸１
に内蔵し、前記コレツトの把持を解放する油圧シ
リンダ１１ピストン１２部材を有する主軸工具着
脱装置において、元圧Ｐを前記保持爪が開かない
程度の圧力に減圧する減圧弁１７と、該減圧弁に
より減圧された圧油を切換え前記油圧シリンダ１
１に送る切換弁２０と、前記シリンダの前記コレ
ツトの把持を解放する側に直接元圧を供給するバ
イパス路２４，２５の途中に設けられた開閉弁２
６とを含んでなり、減圧された圧油によるコレツ
トの解放と元圧による主軸と工具のテーパ嵌合の
喰い付の緩めとの２段動作にしたことを特徴とす
る主軸工具着脱装置の油圧機構。
