色評価用蛍光灯を並設して義歯色合せの照明を実施する

歯科治療ユニットに設置された口腔照明用の無影灯を使
用して義歯の色合せを行っている。無影灯は反射鏡を備
え、無影の明るい視野を形成しているが、光源に使われ
るハロゲンランプは太陽光線に較べて及び演色性が劣る
ために、該ランプ使用による義歯の色合わせでは正確な
義歯の色調の選択が不可能で、例えば隣接する自然歯と

灯の切換スイッチを設け、フィルムビュアーをＸ線フィ
ルムの投影用か又は義歯色合せの、照明用かのいずれか
に選択使用できるごとくしたことを特徴とする、歯科治
療ユニットにおける義歯色合せの照明装置、を提供する

のフィルムビュアーを使用して、簡易に義歯色合せを行

発明の義歯色合せの照明装置５では、フィルムピュア−
６の光源に標準形蛍光灯７と色評価用蛍光灯８を並べて
備装し、両者の蛍光灯の切換スイッチ９を設け、フィル
ムピュア−６をＸ線フィルムの投影用に使用するときは
効率の高い標準形蛍光灯７を点灯し、義歯色合せの照明
用に使用するときは演色性の高い色評価用蛍光灯８を点
灯するごとく構成している．従って、いずれの用途に対

た任意の位置、例えば患者口腔近くに移動して、隣接自
然歯に義歯を近接させて義歯の色合せを行なうことが可
能となる。なお、把手１２はフィルムピュア−１１を持
ち上げるためのものであり、ホルダー１３に連結された
電気コード１７は装着穴１６を通って引き出される．
（発明の効果）
本発明の義歯色合せの照明方法及び照明装置では、歯科
治療ユニットに組み込まれたフィルムビュアーを使用し
て、Ｘ線フィルムの投影用の他に義歯色合せの照明用に
使用することができる．特にフィルムビュアーの光源に
色評価用蛍光灯を備装しているから、診療室内において
正確な義歯の色合せが可能となる．
また、色評価用蛍光灯は標準形蛍光灯に較べて、光源の
効率が２０〜３０％低くなるが、本発明は両者の蛍光灯
を並べて備装し、切換スイッチにより選択使用可能とし
たから、フィルムビュアーをＸ線フィルム投影用又は義
歯色合せ照明用のいずれの用途においても、高い効率で
