弁体1外周部の各部分が流路下出側に位置する状
態となり、弁体1全体が均一に摩耗する状態で使
用でき、従来よりも弁体1の耐久性を著しく向上
させることができると共に、電源部21の出力極
性を反転させて電動モータMを作動させるから、
2本の電源配線a,bによつて前記モータMに電
源を供給でき、従来のソレノイドを用いる弁体開
閉構造に比べて消費電力を容易に低減でき、また
従来の可逆モータを用いる弁体開閉構造に比べて
