体内に配設したバブリング用配管から成り、該配
管にキヤリアガスを導入し、その開口端より該ガ
スを放出して上記液体界面に至る間に該液体の一
部をガス化せしめる有機金属ガス発生容器におい
て、前記配管開口端と液体界面の間に浮上する前
記キヤリアガスの上昇運動を抑制せしめるべく板
状体を配置したことを特徴とする有機金属ガス発
生容器。 (2) 前記板状体が１枚もしくは重ね合わせるよ
うに２枚以上の平板体から成る請求項(1)記載の
有機金属ガス発生容器。 (3) 前記板状体が渦巻状である請求項(1)記載の
