【考案の詳細な説明】（産業上の利用分野）この考案は、衣服の衿部分に天ネームを簡単か
つ確実に取り付けるためにミシンに使用される天

（従来の技術）従前、天ネームの衣服の衿部分への取り付けに
当つては、手縫いか、あるいは天ネーム専用の工

の育成や確保等のための対策を講じなければなら
ない、という負担が、また、後者の専用機の場合
はそうした問題は解消するものの、非常に価格が

着されるカセツト取付枠に挿脱可能とするととも
に、上記主板２には、この主板の中央開口に水平
状に延成してなる弾片３と、該弾片３を跨いで配
置される調節片５と、主板２の中央開口に面した
内側部に対設される溝部２１とを配設する一方、
上記押さえ板７には、上記弾片３に置かれる天ネ
ームの中央部を上から押さえる押さえ片を突設
し、さらに、上記両板の対応する位置に、ミシン
針が通る複数の間隙部を平行に設けてなるもので

が、縦幅が異なる別の天ネームでも、横幅が同じ
場合には同じように取付用カセツト１を共有して
使用できるものである。また、７は前記主板２に
開閉自在な押え板で、該押え板７は開閉部８ａ
と、主板２との連結部８ｂとより形成され、両端
部の所定位置には切欠部９がそれぞれ形成される
と共に、下面部には、押え片１０が突設され、こ
の押え片１０により、前記弾片３上の所定位置に
セツトされる天ネーム６を上から押さえるように
なしており、また、前記開閉部８ａおよび前記主
板２の対応する位置には、開閉部８ａには、ミシ
ン針１１の通る、例えば、幅４〜５ミリ程度でミ
シンの中押えが当たらないような間隙部１２ａ
が、主板２には例えば、1.5〜2.0ミリ程度の間隙
部１２ｂがそれぞれ形成され、さらに、開閉部８
ａおよび連結部８ｂの両端部上部には、ストツパ
ー１３ａおよび１３ｂがそれぞれ突設されてい

なつて、前記切欠部９と前記凸部１９が嵌合し
て、カセツト１が固定されるようになしてある。
しかる後、ミシンを作動させれば、ミシン針１１
は、例えば、左、右と順次に縫い始める。縫い終
つた後は外押え部１４を上げて、布２５を向う側
へ押せば、前記弾片３が下傾状になつて、天ネー
ム６が縫着された布２５はカセツト１から第６図
