ザプローブであつて、 前記射出孔に、レーザ光に対して耐性を有する
透光性材料からなる窓部材を設けたことを特徴と
するレーザプローブ。 (2) 前記窓部材としてダイヤモンドを用いたこ
とを特徴とする請求項1記載のレーザプローブ。
