によつて、該本体ケースの基端部から導入したレ
ーザ光を集束して先端部の射出孔から射出し、該
先端部を被照射体に接触させつつ前記集束したレ
ーザ光を前記被照射体に照射するようにしたレー
ザプローブであつて、 前記射出孔に、レーザ光に対して耐性を有する
透光性材料からなる窓部材を設けたことを特徴と
するレーザプローブ。 (2) 前記窓部材としてダイヤモンドを用いたこ
