(Prior Art) Rain gutters made of thermoplastic synthetic resin materials have had problems such as detachment from the gutter support and bulging at the ends. For this reason, there have been systems in which a metal core material is interposed between thermoplastic synthetic resin materials in the form of a sandwiched trench, and composite rain gutters using glass fiber or the like.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in all of these cases, the adhesion between the rain gutter reinforcing material and the main thermoplastic synthetic resin material does not work well, and for example, in the case of a metal core material, it may peel off due to rust. The problem arises. Further, in the case of glass fibers, there is a problem that the fibers are bundled and not uniformly dispersed.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In the present invention, the main body of the rain gutter is formed of a thermoplastic synthetic resin material, and a photocuring resin strip is layered in the longitudinal direction of the inner or outer surface of the main body. is provided.

The main body 1 of the rain gutter is made of thermoplastic synthetic resin material. The rain gutter of the present invention will be explained by taking as an example an eaves gutter having a substantially upward U-shaped cross section. The eaves gutter has both side plates 2a, 2b, bottom plate 3, and both side ears 4a, 4b.
are integrally formed from thermoplastic synthetic resin material.

Three protrusions 6a, 6b, 6c are formed at predetermined intervals over the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the inner or outer surfaces of the side plates 2a, 2b, and a light beam is formed between each of these protrusions 6a, 6b, 6c. A strip layer 5 is provided using a curable resin. It is preferable that the protrusions 6a, 6b, 6c be formed integrally when the main body 1 of the rain gutter is extruded. The main body 1 of the rain gutter is formed in advance by extrusion molding, and then the gaps between the protrusions 6a, 6 are formed.
A photocurable resin strip layer 5 is provided between b and 6c. In addition, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, several grooves 7 are formed over the entire length of the inner or outer surfaces of the side plates 2a and 2b in the longitudinal direction. A photocurable resin strip layer 5 may be provided within the groove 7.

As the photocurable resin, for example, a photocurable polyester resin that is cured by sunlight or a sun lamp is used. Above all, photocurable resin has properties such as a low linear expansion rate, fast curing time, good adhesion with other types of synthetic resin materials, and low heat generation temperature during curing so it does not deform the main material. It has

Note that the photocurable resin strip layer 5... is the side plate 2.
In addition to a, 2b, the bottom plate 3 or both ear parts 4a, 4
It may be provided in b. Alternatively, the photocurable resin strip layer 5 may be provided only on the outer surface of the bottom plate 3. Furthermore, the number, width, etc. of the photocurable resin strip layers 5 provided in each part may be appropriately determined depending on the formation of the main body 1 of the rain gutter.

(Effect of the invention) Above all, since the photocurable resin with a low coefficient of linear expansion is integrated with the main body of the rain gutter with good adhesion, a rain gutter that does not deform due to outside temperature etc. can be obtained.
