コイルに対して、ダイオードを介して出力負荷が
接続されているスイツチングレギユレータにおい
て、 入力電圧に比例する第一の分圧電圧が抵抗を介
してコレクタ・エミツタ間に印加されると共に、
該入力電圧に比例する第二の分圧電圧が分圧抵抗
を介してベースに印加される第一のトランジスタ
と、上記第一の分圧電圧が定電圧ダイオード及び
分圧抵抗を介してベースに印加されると共に、上
記第二の分圧電圧が抵抗を介してコレクタ・エミ
ツタ間に印加されて前記第一のトランジスタがオ
ンとなる入力電圧より高い入力電圧でオンとなる
第二のトランジスタとを備えており、さらに該第
二のトランジスタに並列にコンデンサが接続され
ていて、該第一のトランジスタのコレクタがスイ
ツチングトランジスタのベースに接続されている
