て構成し、該筒体1c内に、上面にフランジ6a
を有する筒体6をそのフランジ6aで該筐体1内
に回動自在に支持させ、該筒体6の内側の相対向
面に係止片8,8を取付けて、これに該誘導体5
の上端に突出する鈎片9を係合させて該筒体5に
