Claims (1)
液の通過する弁室の間にダイアフラムを張設し、
前記作動液室内に配設されたカムにより前記シリ
ンダ室内のピストンを往復動させて、前記作動液
室内の作動液を導管、前記シリンダ室の細孔を介
して送り、その一部を前記シリンダ室に開口する
通路、逆止弁、過圧弁を介して前記作動液室へ逃
がし、前記ダイアフラムを振動させて前記弁室内
の供給液を圧送するようにしたダイアフラムポン
プにおいて、前記作動液室内に配置されたカムに
対し、180°対称な位置に2箇所シリンダ室及
びピストンを配設し、1回転のカムの運動におい
てピストンを往復動させ、作動液室内の作動液を
交互にシリンダ室内へ循環させ、弁室内の供給液
を交互に圧送し更にその先に供給液逆止弁を2個
所配設し、2個所のポンプから圧送されてくる供
給液を合流させ、効率よく圧送することを特徴と
