イに収容され前記電動機の駆動軸に偏心ギアを介
して連結され、前記電動機の作動に伴つて往復動
するロツド状のコネクタと、該コネクタに固着さ
れて前記ダイアフラムを挟着するプレート、およ
び前記ダイアフラムによつて隔絶されて第１の気
密室と第２の気密室を区画形成するダイアフラム
ポンプにおいて、前記コネクタには前記プレート
が固着される部分に半径方向に延在するテーブル
部が形成されるとともに、該テーブル部の端部を
前記第１の気密室に向かうように湾曲させたこと
