10が一体に設けられ、このストツパ部10は支
枠12に設けたばね11によつて常に支枠12の

段部14が設けられている。この係止段部14に
臨ませてソレノイド15とばね22によつて進退
する係止ローラ16が設けられ、この係止ローラ
