るウオーターエゼクターユニツトの改良に関す
る。

従来海底に鋼管を敷設する場合単に鋼管を海底
面に敷設しただけでは波浪や潮流あるいは附近を
航行する船舶の投錨等によつて破損を受ける結果
となる。そこで海底下に鋼管を埋設するユニツト
浚渫法が採用されている。該工法はパイプを海底
に敷設した後パイプ下の土砂を高圧のウオーター
ジエツトによつて切り崩し、このスラリー化した
土砂を水中撹乱サンドポンプによつて排砂管を介
してパイプラインの両側に排土してパイプを管溝
底に下げる方法である。

ときに周囲の水域をこれらの排土で汚染する結果
となり、近年この現象が問題になつている。

そしてウオーター噴出管4の外側にその先端にサ
ンドポンプ5を設けた排砂管6を複数個設けてな
るものである。
