【考案の詳細な説明】
［産業上の利用分野］
この考案はあごバンドの端部を帽体側面にリベ
ツト止めしたヘルメツトに係り、特にヘルメツト
に対してチンガードを取付けるためのホツク等の
取付部材を容易に固着できるようにしたものに関

［従来の技術］

が、標準パーツ又はオプシヨンパーツとして使用

バンドの端部を帽体側面に対してホツク止めする
ことによつて着脱自在に取付けられることが多

ある。そこでデザイン性の強いヘルメツトになる
程、これらリベツトの頭部やホツクに対するデザ
イン処理が必要となる。またチンガードがオプシ
ヨンパーツの場合には、帽体の側面に対して開口
する等、後加工でホツクを取付ける必要があり面

おいて、該リベツトの露出部分上に飾り部材であ
るサイドキヤツプを取付け、かつ該サイドキヤツ
プに予めチンガード取付部材を固着したことを特

［考案の作用］

キヤツプにはチンガード取付用のホツク等の取付
部材が固着されているので、デザイン処理された

維強化プラスチツク等からなる帽体１の側面前方
下部に装飾を兼ねた大径頭部を有するネジ３によ
つてサイドキヤツプ２が取付けられている。サイ
ドキヤツプ２にはチンガード取付用の取付部材で
あるホツク４を取付けられている。サイドキヤツ
プ２はホツク４の支持を兼ねる飾り部材である。
このホツク４にはチンガード５の両端部に取付け
られているバンド６の端部に固着されているホツ
ク７が係合する。また８はあごバンドであつて、
その端部は帽体１内に入り、サイドキヤツプ２の
裏側でリベツト９によつて帽体１に固着されてい
る。なおサイドキヤツプ２の裏側には回り止め用
の穴が一体に形成されており、これに帽体１に形
成されているピン１０が嵌合している。さらにサ
イドキヤツプ２は帽体１側面に突出形成されたス
トツパー１６と接して連続平面をなし、煩雑な凹
凸間を無くすようデザイン処理に役立つている。
ストツパー１６及びサイドキヤツプ２はゴーグル

そこでサイドキヤツプ２を帽体１に重ねてネジ穴
１１及び開口１２を合せ、ネジ３によつて両者を
一体に締結する。なお、帽体１内側には図示を省
略してあるが、ネジ３に対応する適当なナツトが
設けられる。このサイドキヤツプ２の取付によ
り、リベツト９、ピン１０が隠されるので、ヘル
メツトの外観は良好に保たれる。しかもこのサイ
ドキヤツプ２にホツク４が固着されているので、
サイドキヤツプ２に対し、チンガード５を着脱自

ツプによつて逆に装飾性が増す。したがつてデザ
イン性の強いヘルメツトに有効となる。しかもサ
イドキヤツプにチンガード取付用ホツクが固着さ
れているので、チンガードを着脱自在にする取付
部を兼ねる。したがつて帽体に対して後加工でホ
ツクを取付けるような手間を要さず便利である。
さらにサイドキヤツプを数種類用意すれば、ネジ
により取付作業だけで随時デザイン変化を楽しむ
