しうる一対の突起を有する吊りビームと、下端に
互いに向合う鉤部を有し、かつ前記吊りビームの
各突起部の外方にそれぞれ回動自在に取付けられ
た一対の鉤アームと、これらの鉤アームの各上端
に係止された吊りワイヤとを備え、前記一対の鉤
アームは各上端が上方に牽引されたとき各下端の
鉤部が前記各突起部にそれぞれ接近し前記ボビン
の両鍔を挾持するようにされたことを特徴とする
