体成形用の下型1にウレタン発泡原液Aを注入
し、上型2で蓋をする。型内のウレタン原液の発
泡に伴いクツシヨン体が成型されるが、この際、
各ガス抜き孔3,3,……より漏出した発泡ウレ
タンは、第4図の如く、連結部材5の微細な間隙
を介して連結部材5上に漏出し、だんご状になつ
て凝固し、廃材4,4,……となる。この廃材
4,4,……を、上型2から連結部材5と一緒に
分離すると、第1図に示すように、ほぼ均等な大
きさの廃材4,4,……が平面上に所定間隔で配
列されているインサート材6として完成する。こ
のインサート材6は、例えば第5図に示すよう
に、他のクツシヨン体Bのメイン部Cにインサー
トされる。このクツシヨン体から成る座席は、適
度な保持力を有する。
