一面に絶縁薄膜層を形成した可動電極部と、該可
動電極部の自由端に設けた複数の可動接点層とよ
りなる可動電極ブロツクと、 前記可動接点層と対向して並設される複数の固
定接点層と、前記可動接点層と対向し、表面に絶
縁薄膜層を設けた固定電極部とを有する非誘電体
の固定電極ブロツクとからなり、 対向した前記両電極間の印加電圧によつて発生
する静電引力により、可動電極ブロツクが移動し
