た係止板と、 該栓体と該係止板とを連結する伸縮可能な連結
部材とを、具備し、 該係止板には、本管内周面に係止した該係止板
に対して該全体を分岐管の内奥側に遠ざけるべく
該栓体を押込む押込部材が挿通し得る貫通孔が開
設されているとともに、前記栓体の前記係止板に
対向する面の周縁部には、該押込部材が係止され
るように該係止板に向けて突出する係止部が設け
