[Problems to be solved by the invention] In the prior art, the work of supplying empty seedling boxes and the work of carrying out the seedling boxes after sowing are performed on the same floor of the work room. Seedling boxes and seedling carts carrying sown seedling boxes are scattered around the seeding device, making it difficult to simplify the handling of the seedling boxes and easily hindering the work of supplying soil and seeds. However, there were problems such as the inability to easily improve the efficiency and safety of seeding operations.

[Means for solving the problem] The present invention is based on a construction in which a seeding device 27 is installed in a building 3.
In the seedling box supply device in the seeding work building, which is provided with a first floor work room 35 and a second floor storage room 36 for storing empty seedling growing boxes 37, the seeding device 27 moves the seedling growing boxes to one side using a feeding conveyor 44. In the process of transporting, a series of operations such as filling the box with bed soil, sowing and covering with soil are automatically performed, and the second floor storage room 3
6 is installed with a seedling box transport conveyor 39 for horizontally transporting empty seedling boxes stacked in lots, and the stacked empty seedling boxes 37 directly and automatically inherited from the seedling box transport conveyor 39 are transferred to the seedling box 6. In order to automatically supply the seedlings to the feed conveyor 44 of the seeding device 27, a seedling raising box feeder 38 is provided which automatically sends out one box at a time, and the supply path between the seedling growing box feeder 38 and the feeding conveyor 44 contains the seedlings. The present invention is characterized by a seedling box supply device in a sowing work building, which is configured to include a box detection sensor 47 to detect an abnormality in the supply of seedling boxes.

[Function] Therefore, a large number of empty seedling boxes can be stored in a position closest to the seeding device without interfering with the seeding operation,
Compared to the conventional method, handling operations such as supplying and transporting seedling boxes can be simplified and automated, and the process can be easily performed when the empty seedling boxes supplied to the seeding device run out or when the seedling boxes are in the middle of being supplied. When clogging occurs, based on the sensor output, the sowing operation can be stopped and an alarm can be issued to notify the occurrence of an accident.
In addition, a worker can easily perform the recovery operation while standing on the floor of the first or second floor, which makes it easy to save labor and improve safety in seeding work.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention has a first floor work room 35 in which a seeding device 27 is provided in the sowing work room 3.
In a device installed on the floor of an empty seedling box 37
The seeding work room 3 is provided with a floor surface of a storage work room 36 on the second floor in which seeds are stored in units of lots, and the supply of empty seedling boxes 37 from the storage work room on the second floor to the seeding device 27 in the work room on the first floor is detected. sensor 47
With this system, a large amount of empty seedling boxes 37 can be stored after the storage operation at a position closest to the seeding device 27 at a position that does not interfere with the sowing operation, making it easier to store, supply, and transport the seedling boxes 37 than before. Empty seedling growing boxes 3 that can easily simplify handling operations and automate the work, and that can be supplied to the seeding device 27
7 is interrupted, or when the seedling nursery box 37 is clogged during supply, the sowing operation can be stopped based on the output of the sensor 47, and an alarm can be issued to notify of the occurrence of an accident. Or, even if you are working on the second floor, you can immediately carry out the repair operation, which has excellent practical features such as saving labor and improving safety in sowing work. It is something that you have.
