Abstract

PURPOSE:To read a dotted record and a recording time at a glance by recording the dotted record of an analog signal, a time axis scale corresponding to it, and the recording time in the same position on a recording paper. CONSTITUTION:At the recording time in each set period, a chart feeding motor 5 is stopped to stop a recording paper 7. A printing part 13 is moved to the position corresponding to the value of the analog signal of a first channel, and a dotting pen 9 selected as the pen for the first channel is lowered to record the analog signal of the first channel on the recording paper 7 by dotting. In the same manner, analog signals of second to last channels are successively recorded on the recording paper 7 by dotting. After they are recorded by dotting, pens 9 are kept raised, and the motor 5 is reversed to feed back the recording paper 7 by a distance L between the dotting position of pens 9 and the printing position of a thermal head 8 and is stopped. Thus, the recorded part of the recording paper 7 is returned to the printing position of the head 8.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Object of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to an automatic scale recording type dot recorder that records dots of analog signals and automatically records marks. (Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 10, a dot recorder with automatic scale recording has a dot pen (21) as a dot recording mechanism for recording analog signals and a thermal head (22) as a printing mechanism for printing scales. ) is shifted by a distance L in the feeding direction of the recording paper (23), and the thermal head (22) is arranged on the upstream side of the recording paper (23). The dot mark 1 (A) and the corresponding time scale (B) were shifted by the distance L on the recording paper. Therefore, in order to temporally match the recorded results of both, it was necessary to use a microprocessor to write the time scale at a future time that corresponds to the discrepancy.
(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, conventionally, there is a misalignment between the dot records of the recorder and the time axis scale in the recording paper feeding direction, and when examining the record later, it is difficult to It was tedious to calculate the distance to the point and determine the time when the RBI was recorded. Also, to correct and record using a microprocessor,
I had to create complicated software. Therefore, the present invention has been developed so that even if there is a misalignment between the dot pen of the dot recording mechanism and the thermal head of the printing mechanism in the recording paper feeding direction, no misalignment will occur between the dot record and the time axis scale on the recording paper. It is an object of the present invention to realize a scale automatic recording type dot recorder that does this.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The automatic scale dot recorder of the present invention stops feeding the recording paper at the recording time and records an analog signal using the dot recording mechanism. When the dot recording is completed, the paper feed motor is rotated in the reverse direction, and the recording paper is reversely fed by the distance between the dot position and the printing position of the printing mechanism, so that the dot position of the analog signal that was previously done matches the print position, and then the paper is reversed. Stop feeding, and use the printing mechanism to print the time axis scale and, if necessary, the dot recording start time. When this printing record is completed, the recording paper is rapidly forwarded in the forward direction by the above-mentioned separation distance plus the recording paper feeding length corresponding to the elapsed time from the printing point start time to the current point, and then at a predetermined paper feeding speed. Feed the recording paper in the forward direction. Then, when the next recording time comes, the above series of operations is performed, and the recording operation is controlled so that it is repeated every time the recording time comes thereafter. (Function) In the automatic scale recording dot recorder of the present invention, the time scale and the time at which the dot was recorded are printed at the dot position on the recording paper, so it is easy to see at a glance when checking the record later. It is possible to read the batting point record and the recording time, eliminating the conventional trouble of reading while mentally compensating for the discrepancy between the two. (Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the example shown in the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows the main parts of an automatic scale recording type dot recorder according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, there is a printing section (l3) that moves along a shaft (14) that extends horizontally in the width direction of the recording paper, and the printing section (13) has a dotting pen (
9), a carriage (10) having a pen selection motor (11) for selecting the pen, and a thermal hekkudo (8). Since both the thermal head (8) and the dotting pen (9) must move in a full span, the {: character position of the thermal head (8) must move a predetermined distance L from the dot position of the dotting pen (9) to the recording paper. (7) is shifted to the upstream side in the moving direction. The printing unit (13) is connected to the left/right movement motor (3) by a reeling line (4), and the dotting pen (9) and pen selection motor (11) are connected to the motor (3) for horizontal movement.
The up-down plate (2) is connected to the pen up-down motor (1) for up-down movement.

A chart cartridge (l2) is arranged below the printing section (13), and the recording paper (7) is sent by a chart feeding drum (6), which is connected to a chart feeding remoter (5). ) is connected by a gear train.
In the scale automatic recording type dot recorder of this embodiment configured as described above, when the recording time of each set period comes, the chart feed remoter (5) is stopped and the chart paper (7) is stopped.
) will stop. The printing unit (13) moves to a position corresponding to the value of the analog signal of the first channel, and at that position, the dotting pen (9) selected as the pen of the first channel moves down and the analog signal of the first channel is output. The dots are recorded on the recording paper (7). Through a similar operation, the analog signals from the second channel to the final channel are sequentially transmitted to the recording paper (7
) on which the RBI points are recorded. Figure 2 shows this state. When the dot recording is completed, as shown in Figure 3, the dot pen (9
) in the up position, and turn the chart feed remoter (5
) rotates in the reverse direction, and the recording paper (7) is reversely fed by the distance L between the dot position of the dot pen (9) and the printing position of the thermal head (8), and then stopped. As a result, the part of the recording paper (7) where the dots were recorded comes to the printing position of the thermal head (8), so the thermal head (8) prints a scale and a number indicating the time when dots started at that position. FIG. 4 shows this state.

) in the forward direction, and then feed the recording paper (7) at the set feed speed. Then, at the next recording time, as shown in FIG. 5, dot recording of the analog signal by the dot pen (9) begins, and a series of recording operations similar to those described above are performed. In this way, in the scale automatic recording dot recorder according to one embodiment of the present invention, the dot records and the corresponding time axis scale and time are recorded at the same position on the recording paper (7). When checking the record later, it is possible to read the dot record and its recording time at a glance, eliminating the conventional trouble of reading while mentally compensating for the discrepancy between the two.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. Control is performed so that dot recording and time axis scale printing are not performed in each recording cycle, but only dot recording of analog signals is performed over multiple cycles, and then scale printing for multiple cycles is performed at once. That is, as shown in Fig. 6, only dot recording is performed from a certain point (start point), and after a preset time has elapsed, it is stopped and scale printing is performed. ) in reverse so that the starting point is at the printing position of the thermal head (8). Next, as shown in Figure 8, scale printing is carried out, and from then on,
The recording paper (7
), the scale is printed each time, and as shown in Figure 9, the scale is printed to the final position where the dot has been recorded, and then the scale is printed. Thereafter, the above recording operation is repeated.

In the two embodiments described above, the scale is printed with one dot of the thermal head (8), but the scale is printed with an interval in the recording paper feeding direction corresponding to the recording paper feeding length corresponding to the recording cycle. For example, if a thermal head with three dots is used, the scale can be printed in three lines at once, and the scale can be printed once for every three dots recorded. [Effects of the Invention] As detailed above, according to the present invention, in a recorder in which the printing mechanism is arranged upstream of the recording paper by a predetermined distance from the dotting pen, the analog signal at the recording time is When the dot recording is completed, the recording paper is moved backward by the above-mentioned distance so that the dot recorded position matches the printing position, the recording paper is stopped, and the time axis scale and the dot recording start time are printed there. By realizing a scale automatic recording type dot recorder, the dot record of the analog signal and the corresponding time axis scale and recording time are recorded at the same position on the recording paper, so it is easy to check the record later. The dot record and the recording time can be read at a glance, eliminating the conventional trouble of reading while mentally compensating for the deviation between the two.
