(Prior Art) Conventionally, as a synthetic resin wire material having a flanged body, for example, as disclosed in Utility Model Application No. 151583/1983, which the present applicant previously filed, a synthetic resin wire material having a flanged body is provided with predetermined intervals along its length. There is a supporting material for staghorn wood in which a hanging part is integrally protruded in the circumferential direction of the wire rod, and the sardine wood is placed between the latching parts of the wire rod.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned supporting material for Hoda wood, when force is applied to the hooking part, the hooking part becomes stuck due to insufficient fixing strength such as fusing force or adhesive force to the wire rod. It has been found that there is a problem in that the parts tend to shift along the wire. As a solution to this problem, the applicant tried to prevent the hanging part from slipping by pressing and deforming the parts located at both outer ends of the hanging part of the wire rod, but since the pressed and deformed parts of the wire rod were visible from the outside, it was difficult to see. In addition to the poor quality of the wire, only wire rods that were easy to break could be obtained from this part. In addition, since the wire rod is pressed and deformed separately from the formation of the hooking portion, there is a problem of poor manufacturing efficiency.

are provided at appropriate intervals along its length. The shape of the flanged body 2 is generally the flanged body 21.
Holding parts 22 are provided protrudingly on both sides or one side of the approximately center of this flanged body 21. For example, in FIG. In this case, holding portions 22 are provided protruding from both sides of a polygonal brim-like body 21 having radial barbs.
Further, the shape of the brim-like body 2 is not limited to these, but may be any shape as long as it protrudes in the circumferential direction of the wire rod 1, and may be any suitable shape such as a plate-like shape such as an oval, square, or triangle, or a spherical shape. It is sufficient if the shape is the same. The wire rod 1
A protrusion 11, which will be described later, is formed on the wire 1 in order to prevent the integrated flanged body 2 projecting in the circumferential direction from shifting or rotating along the wire 1.

When the split mold 31 is closed as shown in Figure A,
The inside of the groove 33 is formed so that the synthetic resin wire 1 is in close contact with the inside of the recess 32, and the inside of the recess 32 has the desired shape of the brim-like body 2.

In addition, the recesses 32, 32 of the two split molds 31, 31
Pins 34, 34 are provided protruding from the inside to face each other. One or more pairs of pins 34 are provided at appropriate positions within the recesses 32, 32, and the drawing shows an example in which two pairs of pins 34 are provided. The width between the tip ends of the pair of pins 34 is smaller than the diameter of the wire 1.
Although the pin 34 is formed into a cylindrical shape in the drawing, it is not limited to this, and the degree of protrusion of the protrusion 11 formed on the wire 1 can be adjusted by changing the width between the pins 34 and the diameter of the pin 34. It can be adjusted.

In the drawing, the mold 3 is shown as an example of two split molds 31, 31 divided into upper and lower parts, but the mold 3 may be divided into left and right parts, and at least two split molds 31, 31 are shown. It is sufficient if it is composed of a type. Also mold 3
The division may be performed at a position where the wire 1 can be introduced into the mold 3 and where the flanged body 2 formed on the wire 1 can be moved out of the mold 3. Note that when the wire rod 1 is introduced into the mold 3 and the split mold 31 is closed, the inside of the recess 32 of the split mold 31 is in a sealed state. Furthermore, the number of recesses 32 in the split mold 31 is not limited to one location, and the split mold 31 may be provided in two or more locations.

Next, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained in order. First, the synthetic resin wire 1 is introduced into the mold 3 of the injection molding machine in correspondence with the wire insertion groove 33 provided in the split mold 31. Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the split mold 31 is closed to bring the inside of the mold 3 into a sealed state with the wire 1 inserted therethrough. At this time, the wire 1 is compressed and deformed by the tips of the pins 34 that are protruded oppositely into the recesses 32 of the split mold 31, and a protrusion 11 is formed on the wire 1 in a direction substantially perpendicular to the pins 34. be done. After the split mold 31 is closed, the concave portion 32 is appropriately filled with a molten synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, etc. to form the brim-like body 2 that protrudes in the circumferential direction of the wire 1. After that, the split mold 31 as shown in Figure 6 B
is opened and the wire rod 1 is appropriately moved in the length direction to guide the flanged body 2 out of the mold 3.

In addition, a hole 23 formed by the pin 34 remains in the flanged body 2 of the manufactured synthetic resin wire A, and a protrusion 11 that swells in the radial direction of the hole 23 is formed in the wire 1 corresponding to this hole 23. This means that

(Effects of the Invention) As detailed above, according to the method for manufacturing a synthetic resin wire rod having a brim-shaped body of the present invention, the wire rod is deformed by pinching in the mold of an injection molding machine to form a protrusion on the wire rod. At the same time, a flanged body is formed that protrudes in the circumferential direction of the wire, and the flanged body is successively integrally molded onto the wire, so there is no possibility that the flanged body will rotate or shift relative to the wire. It is possible to efficiently manufacture products in which a wire rod and a flanged body are strongly integrated. Moreover, since it is not necessary to align the flange-like body and the protrusion of the wire, the flange-like body can be formed at any position on the wire.

さらに、線材及び鍔状体とも多種多様の形状や

Furthermore, since both the wire rod and the flanged body can be made into a wide variety of shapes and strengths, it is possible to easily provide products tailored to the application.
